Each King Oyster recipe just gets better and better! I see these over a plate of sticky rice and sweet pineapple. Thank God I've found a connection to buy these delicious mushrooms - now where can I get your spice blend here in the states?

Hey Sherry, thank you so much for sharing! While we can’t sell the Wicked Kitchen products in the US at this moment (we are working on it), you should be able to find a similar togarashi blend, sometimes labeled Japanese Seven Spice.

I love watching your channel and definitely will try some of your recipes. I'm not vegan yet, but love vegetarian and vegan dishes and only rarely eat meat anymore. What I would like to suggest though, since you are starting to sell your own spices, sauces etc in stores. It would be nice if the packaging could be as plastic free and environment friendly as possible. Like, do the mushroom packages have to be styrofoam (they at least look like it on screen, not from UK, so no Tesco here)? Some of the spice mixes also look like throw away packaging. Maybe those could be made to last longer and can be refilled? Just some ideas. Thanks for sharing all your ideas and recipes.

You hit it outta the park again Chef D! I've just scaled back on wheat products per dermatologist orders and have been looking for alternatives when I came upon your channel! These mushroom recipes are brilliant and healthy. The 3 of 6 week no wheat has me dropped 8lbs and I'm not exercising - cooking a bunch of your dishes and watching the oil intake...but not too much! Your dishes respect the sights, sounds, smells, and then the tastes....I recommend everyone go out and get a pair of iron skillets - they're fun to cook in and easy to maintain. Thx for all that you're doing.

Absolutely! You can add whatever you’d like! Wicked Kitchen products are currently only available at Tesco stores throughout the UK. Togarashi seasoning is often called Japanese Seven Spice. Thanks for watching!

Hi JVV, we are working on getting the Wicked Kitchen products to the US and beyond. But don't let that stop you from enjoying any of our recipes that use Wicked products. Suitable substitutions for any sauce or seasoning that we use can be found in your local grocery store. Togarashi seasoning is sometimes labeled "Japanese Seven Spice", and your preferred bottled teriyaki sauce (or recipe) will do the trick! Thanks for watching!

It's a shame for such a long video that you don't offer more flexibility for substitutions etc, or outline what goes into a togarashi mix (or say maybe use cayenne if you don't have it) or teriyaki sauce so people can improvise. I think it would be more transparent if you said at the beginning that you were only using your own premade mixes/sauces.
