I remember watching this series as a kid and was absolutely obsessed. Debbie Allen, what a dancer, singer and choreographer. Just bought the first series on DVD and the stories are better written than the rubbish they serve up these days. Loved it so much.

Wow, this was a trip down memory lane. This was one of my very first VHS tapes and I watched this hundreds of times as a kid. I loved the show and had a huge crush on Leroy. This show sparked my love of the performing arts and I spent my childhood “on the boards”. Fame was such a positive influence in my life. How about that Debbie Allen, eh?! Wow, what a performer! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Cast iconico per un film e serie tv altrettanto iconici con punte di diamante universalmente riconosciute come Debbie Allen e Gene Anthony Ray e con una serie di altri talentuosissimi protagonisti nel corso degli anni tra danza recitazione canto e musica … tutti bravissimi e completi chiaramente con delle specifiche peculiarità. Francamente però, al di là del suo essere una brava violoncellista e bella ragazza, non ho capito bene fino infondo il perché della presenza di Lori Singer…

Hardly being stuffed down people's throats. There are what? about 800 million videos here on KZread to choose from. Plus all the TV, Music, Books, Films etc... available online at our fingertips. Yet you chose to waste your time watching and commenting on something that you say makes you want to puke! Astonishing how sad some people really can be. You may think that those of us who went to this concert, watched on TV in 1983, bought the home video or are simply enjoying this video now, maybe gullible but at least we were/are doing something that we enjoy and makes us happy.

They’re not all caucasians. Some of them are black. You are right about the singing though. They couldn’t sing very well. All Except Erica Gamball. Coco. She’s still got a great voice.
