Sounds great. How does this compare to the Noire felt piano in your opinion?
@SamTheBeardGuy

Keyscape is a lot more low end. I recorded a Noire video this morning, comes out this week.

so beautiful. how can i access volume velocity inside keyscape. no matter the way i push my piano keys it plays with the same volume
@SamTheBeardGuy
4 ай бұрын
there's a velocity map setting in the settings, at the bottom of the display. You can tweak it there.
@wm1573

i saw that yeah! but i guess its not possible to tweak it in a way that i press harder the note plays harder and vice versa?@@SamTheBeardGuy at least it doesnt work for me
What are you using to play these VST's? The latency is like 0, and not to mention you're also recording at the same time :O
@SamTheBeardGuy
4 ай бұрын
Korg D1, Mac. It's pretty easy to get 0 latency on Mac, I know PC users have a harder time picking the right driver etc
@johnwinchester8911

@@SamTheBeardGuy A macbook air would be sufficient if I wanted 0 latency? Or I would need to purchase an actual iMac? 🤔 - Sorry I've only ever owned PC's in my existence 😂
Wow what was the first song you played
Hey I'm looking into purchasing a DAW, but I'm struggling a lot with finding one. I've seen many people use Logic But I'm on Windows. Any help would be greatly appreciated

If you're on PC, Cubase and Pro Tools are both great. Pro Tools is industry standard, but Cubase has probably the most robust midi editing tools on the market. Studio One is another, but I've never used it.

@@SamTheBeardGuy Out of those three which do you recommend the most? love your content

As a beginner I would recommend Studio One. It is quick to learn and you can pretty much create a song within minutes of using it the first time with drag and drop. Probably the easiest to learn in my opinion.
