The KEYS to FLIPPING OUT!

Спорт

In this video I showcase some of my favorite FLIP OUT tricks and give some TIPS along the way ! Flipping out of grinds/slides can take your ledge skating to the next level. Take it slow and have both the grind/slide trick DIALED, along with the flip trick DIALED before trying to put the two together to save you some headache! This type of skating is DIFFICULT, everyone learns at their own pace! Take your time, PRACTICE and be PATIENT!

@@miguelmota5447 Yes. I think that might be the reason why I get a nicer vibe watching tom. He is already a pro, but his youtube and twitch feels like something he does on the side. So he feels more like a skater dude that's sharing his experience. People that mainly do youtube have to put out content to make a living, and that causes click baits and stupid video ideas just for the sake of making a video. And they feel ingenuine.

@Mad Circle Both of them are two of my favorites but I can see them both beating each other but yeah Bastien can get him to Skat definitely even if Reynolds wins. Since your familiar with both of them you definitely remember GvR(goofy vs regular) Bastien won it for the regular team lol. I think Chris Cole and Ryan Sheckler was there too. I wish Reynolds would have been in that one.

Hey Tom, if you are thinking about making trick tips, please make sure to break down every small detail about the trick. Like how your front foot trying to go infront of you instead of stopping when it goes up can help with ollies. Or how thinking about an ollie before I flick a heelflip helps me do heelflips high. I am sure you have a lot of small details that you have learnt, but don't realize. If you could make videos with details like that. I think they would be very successful. For example I saw a video about fs360's and the guy said "I used to strugle, but I now try to look at my heels when turning my body and it helps me." I went out and landed a couple pivotless fs 360's. They may not work for everyone, but those details are what helps people.

I love that you reiterate the need for dialing in tricks before trying to do something harder with the trick. Also, I appreciate how you approach stairs, taking it one at a time (depending on the skill level). I'd love to see filming sessions (your approach to getting your trick without revealing your clips), kinda like what Nyjah does with Send Saturdays, but not like Nyjah. I personally am not a fan of his. Or tours of your sponsors factories, behind the scenes.

Hyped on the Ricta Speedrings. Picked up a pair after seeing you ride them. I thought they were a little gimmicky, but they aren’t at all. The ring adds a bit more speed, but they still age.
