I'm not complain either, but once he mentioned that he doesn't really like wearing them, so if he doesn't like them I prefer him to be comfortable and wear a normal shirt

not only is this connected to monster, its connected to ALL their music videos, like power, mama, lucky one, tempo, etc. its basically about exo fighting x-exo (their bad selves manipulated by the red force from power and tempo), if you didn't know that. as you can see at the end shot the earth is being engulfed by fire meaning x-exo won. you can see the individual shots of sehun shooting arrows at x-sehun and the two baekhyun's swordfighting, chanyeol fighting with fire, etc. im really glad you liked it! exo connects all their comebacks. cant wait for the album listen!!

For me it represents the unity of duality and battle within us when fighting with the others... Monster is like the bad version, Love shot is the good one and here we have both together. In Monster there is a scene where EXO projects two shadows at once - red and blue, so is visible in some photo shoots for Love Shot. Here also the bad and good versions are red and blue. But when Sehun shoots to the bad guy the arrow shoots him actually - because "we are one". And in MAMA is said that when the Red Force purifies we can reunite... I.e. the bad is just not-evolved good and the goal of the evolution is to overcome the material, to bring our inner shining self out :))) EXO shows the EXOdus from the maze of our earthliness... :) This is always the same concept by the way but presented uniquely every single time!
