Tim & Joe have a good chemistry. Every interaction with these two is entertaining & flows really well. Often, guests on JRE are so aware of the possible positive career ramifications associated with an appearance that they can become uptight and nervous. Also, it has to be said that if they don't vibe well with Rogan, he can become bored, even passive aggressive if he's not amused. Never happens with Tim. You can tell that Rogan legitimately gets a kick out of him. Great Tim Dillon podcast, per usual. 👍

Tim Dillon is both a great stand-up comedian and also hilarious in conversation. He's definitely one of my favorite recurring guests on JRE

Tim is right if you're paying $500 for cleaning on top of every other fee you shouldn't have to feel obligated to wash a whole 5 dishes.
*This was a very smooth lovely podcast, time and joe have great chemistry.*
Student loans in the US are moronic. In the UK you don't have to pay them back if below the threshold. They are also not connected to your credit score. The standards of University education has dropped dramatically over the past 30 years. Most degrees are literally worthless yet parents are still encouraging their kids to go.
me and my wife and a group of friends rented thru AirBnB for a vacation and we went thru everything Tim talks about. NO people allowed over, NO loud noises, NO cussing (yes, no cussing), NO parties, clean pool daily, take out trash, sweep, throw bedding in washer, wipe down showers, no dirty dishes...DO NOT PARK CARS IN DRIVEWAY!!!. and we found all this out after we showed up. AND also was notified they could hear us and monitor conversations via home security system, and neighbor across the street would probably stop over and check on the place from time to time. (which she did come over to give us a garden hose for no reason) it was F'D up!!! never again.

Taking out the trash and doing the dishes I think is pretty reasonable (do you really want someone coming in every day to do that stuff?) But all that other stuff is completely insane.

@@madmonkrx7 No you charge a cleaning fee you clean up. Everyone wants something for nothing. The straight entitlement of charging a cleaning fee then asking me to clean is mind boggling. You want to run a hotel out of your house you might have to do some hotel-like work.

People give joe a lot of shit but he arguably presented tim to the world and the rest is history. Love when they are together, the love and respect they have for each other always contributes to a hilarious thought provoking podcast.

Joe is an unfunny idiot with an inflated ego who shoved Brendan Schuab in our faces. But he's also helped a lot of us find actually brilliant and hilarious people like Alex Jones and Tim Dillon. So we gotta thank him for that.
