Anyone who is familiar with rhinoplasty knows that final results won’t be seen until a year after. My nose looked horrendous 3-4 months post op. She looks beautiful and the results will only get better

Your nose looks amazing. The internet is ugly. I got a nose job. I don't regret it. Never thought about my nose again and went on with my life. ( that felt amazing ) I love my nose that is done. :)

Same! I always felt insecure in pictures or when looking in the mirror and now I just don't think about it ever. My old nose didn't fit my face well, my new one feels like the one I was supposed to have.

I had a nose job when I was about 22. I got the bump shaved off my nose. I was told in about a year the nose would form and stay as is. I had huge black circles under both eyes for about a weeek. I didn’t really have any pain. I looked worse than I felt. I love the results. I’m so happy I had it done. I won’t get a second one like some people I know. I couldn’t be happier. I def love my profile 100 times more !

So happy you are safe and everything went well with the surgery, when you first announced it I wanted to comment about how the idea of something happening to you just for the aspect of changing yourself to feel more beautiful (though I do understand it) made me so sad and scared for your health and safety because truly Blair as beautiful as you are on the outside you are one of the most beautiful people on the inside. Please never forget that, none of us are here watching your videos for your face, we are here for the beautiful, funny, intelligent women you are ❤ you’ve put me in a good mood on some of my worst days

Love the transparency. I feel like we’re all down for anything with Blair, as she has such a fun and engaging storytelling style! Also, Blair’s aunt seems to really love Blair, and that is beautiful! Result looks great, before looked great too. But we’re all here for the fun and real vibes!!

I’m an LA native and see plenty of unfortunate faces in rich people and I’ve also seen stunning women in 3rd world countries. But I do agree that money can make someone look more attractive to an extent but true 9-10 scale beauty seems to be genetics . Look at Tori spelling .. classic rich girl that was considered “ugly” and she’s had tons of work done.

Character 👏 yes…However in a year the nose will look slightly different. Going through operation and then being confused with the result is disappointing and I whole heartedly believe that at the end those comments will stop. Blair is pretty either way.

Whenever people attempt to compliment bumpy noses they call it "unique" whereas noses with a slope are referred to as "cute". Also, bumpy noses aren't unique, it's a common trait that a lot of people have.

When you said seeing yourself in the mirror is confusing, I felt that in my soul! Although I've never had my nose done, I can 100% relate. I lost over 180lbs and trust me, it's confusing. The mirror is confusing people's comments are confusing. So - ignore the comments. Any change we make we do for ourselves. People always have something to say but tune out the negative. I think you look amazing Blair! People that make nasty comments aren’t brave enough to live their life online so they snipe from behind their keyboards. Plastic surgery takes a long time to heal, it’s traumatic to tissue that is very sensitive. I had knee surgery last year and can relate that each bump in the car feels like a whole new surgery.😂 Thanks for sharing your journey.

In my opinion, the turned up nose that she got is cutesy enough, but it def screams nose job. That look is rarely seen on people naturally, not to mention it is more of a trendy look, and not a classic look, which would be straight. To each their own, but hopefully the Instagram model look will be fading out soon enough and we can bring back normal lips, noses, butts, etc.

In pics of the results from the Dr you choose I noticed they all had very like pointed up kind of noses from the profile which is exactly what he gave you. I'm glad you like it, that's all the matters, I was shocked when I first saw a video about you getting a nose job bcuz you are so very beautiful and never even noticed your nose, but as someone who has a big bumpy nose from several breaks I think it's awesome that you could do this for yourself, can't wait to see how it looks in a few more months.

Thanks for this, you’re an angel for sharing so much. I know you don’t want to share the doc in case it doesn’t go as well for others, but in reality it would absolutely not be your fault at all… so maybe at least share the practice if not the actual doctor’s name? It could actually be riskier for people to try to do their own research to attempt to find your doc and end up wrong.

Wow! Blaire u look like a doll, it’s stunning. I do want to remind your audience that a huge percentage of ppl who get nose jobs have at least 2. The tissue takes a while to settle and it usually settles unpredictably. The surgeon who did the original procedure will usually give a discount on the second. No shame it it, just good to know for financial planning.
