Honestly early to mid twenties is the hardest thing I’ve ever done. I haven’t been famous or had a career like yours but I switched schools a couple of times lost people and met new people and lost people again. And change is hard. But also - I realized that not having a sense of identity is okay so early on because it means you’re challenging yourself and growing somehow it’s freedom in a way.

You are so right. I quit smoking a few years ago and felt like something was missing everyday because if i had stress i would smoke and after that i would always think way to much if i had stress it gets better but you need something else in your hands or to do everytime you have stress and i had to chew gum first that replaces nicotine it was so gross but it helped and now it´s already 4 years ago , hope you feel better soon . Love your videos you deserve the best in life. And you look great you don´t need a diet. It think it´s so sad my friend has family in russia and is worrying everyday he lives in belgium like me my heart goes out to all the people in ukraine and innocent people in russia 😢💙

Quitting smoking/vaping was the best life decision I ever made. You will get over the body symptoms eventually. Look at the positives that start to happen like better skin, hair, teeth, faster healing etc. Adding up the money I didn't spend on it also was motivating.I used an app so I could just click on it whenever I felt the temptation.

As a long time viewer Blair, I encourage you to sit with the discomfort. Your body is going through physical withdrawals from vaping (I’ve experienced something similar with my weed pen) and I feel like the last year has been a lot of highs and lows. Sitting with ourselves, even when it feels awkward and painful is the key to growth IMO. I got out of a three year relationship - lived together two years - a month ago, and the best thing I’ve done for myself is to just accept the inner feelings of turmoil and conflict. I was raised in a dysfunctional home, so my relationship had a lot of toxicity in it that felt “normal” to me. It wasn’t, and it’s important for people like us to re-learn healthy relationship dynamics. Therapy will be so, so helpful with that. Sending so much love to my favorite walnut! 🥜

I'm so sorry you're going through that. Im going through the same type of thing. I had a best friend and her husband randomly became obsessed with me and stalking me and I tried to tell her about it but he had somehow already turned her against me by then and mustve told her lies or anything he could to get her to never speak to me again and block me before I could get the chance to tell her what he was doing to me. Its been 2 and half years since then and it still hurts so much that I've lost her. I still wish I could tell her what happened and get the chance to tell her to truth. I dont know what her husband could've possibly told her to get her to never speak to her best friend of over 10 years again and it kind of hurts even worse that she so easily threw me away like that when she was my best friend and so important to me. It was her birthday a couple weeks ago and I just wish I could tell her happy birthday. Im sorry you lost your friend too. I agree it hurts worse than losing a boyfriend.

@@thekmonkey101 Sorry you got cheated on, but your “close friends” did NOT get cheated on by him. If they were friends with him prior to your relationship/prior to your relationship going sour, it’s kind of selfish & unfair of you to ask them to just stop being friends with him just to remain friends with you. I get being hurt & what your ex did was wrong, yet they still could have remained friends with you both & kept the friendships separate. As you grow up you’ll start to realize it’s not your friends job to take on all your pain & fall outs, thats really selfish to ask of them.

It’s important that we don’t only see the best of people online but also remember they go through real pain and difficulties too. You’re doing great and I hope you continue to heal. Also the chaos thing oh my god so true, sometimes it feels like that’s where we deserve to be and stability seems foreign.

Honestly, when you said you don’t feel peace in a state of peace and how you feel more like yourself in a state of chaos..that HIT. I’ve literally been feeling that way recently and thought the very same thing to myself so to hear you say that really validated me. Not that it’s a good thing but definitely a good thing to be aware of. Maybe it’s just something to adapt to or to make life chaotic but in a healthier way without the toxic relationships or behaviors. Idk how to word it but I’m wishing you find peace that you’re genuinely happy in. Thanks for being so authentic and open with us ❤️

Ahhhh I relate to this. I have been in an extremely abusive relationship both physically and emotionally. I actually had to leave with my daughter as I was afraid for our safety. Nearly 10 years later I still find that I am not content in any relationship unless they are constantly calling me or checking up on me or texting me or what I call 'protecting me'. BUT deep down I know that it's not healthy yet I still crave a man to be in charge. Im not sure how to break the habit, I don't think I ever will be able to

And a sense of safety. You are the only person who can provide these things for yourself. The key to living alone is to not isolate yourself too often! Have dinners with friends, invite ppl over at times, go OUT when you can. Having a home base helped me to heal in private, it has really changed me in the best ways so I hope this resonates with you too. We're here for you always. ❤ 🙏🏻

I hear you when you mentioned you take comfort in chaos. I felt like my life lacked passion and adventure without it and I’d constantly be switching up jobs, cities/towns and relationships. I thought life was better when everything was a little more dramatic and fast paced. Honestly I had no desire to slow down and reflect at the time because I was scared that how I really felt wouldn’t match with how I was portraying myself to others around me. Still unpacking the trauma and unlearning/learning how to be a more emotionally intelligent adult because I was never shown the tools on how to do that growing up in a chaotic environment. But I know it will help me find that inner peace I lack and I hope you find yours to. Lots of love for you Blair ❤️ Take care of yourself

Girl, coming from one person adapting to stability after decades of chaos…it’s *will* be uncomfortable, like sitting in a pickle barrel…its cold and briney when you first get in, but if you can sit with the discomfort…and ask okay why’s this so uncomfortable and how might I accommodate myself through the discomfort…instead of just why am I doing this? Or why can’t I be/do xyz instead? Learning to sit with the discomfort and reduce it down to information, that’s a *powerful* skill set my dear 💗 nourish and feed your power through your healing ❤️‍🩹 you’re doing the work, be proud of that 🙌🏽💖🌹

Blair take acetylcholine to help with your quitting your vape journey!! Nicotine binds to the same receptors that acetylcholine does and basically when you consume nicotine your body ends up producing less acetylcholine in response to maintain equilibrium so when you stop you don’t have as much available and it’s such an important biomolecule for basic homeostasis so it def influences how your body is doing and how you feel! I have a BS in biochemistry but you can research this as well, it’s literally the mechanism of action in the human body! I hope you feel better soon walnut 🖤🖤🖤

@5:49 alright all of this is so relatable (look at the 1 vid on my channel for a few second look at where that taste for chaos ultimately brought me... if anyone ever speaks to you that way please always do yourself the favor of leaving!) some chaos is good and passionate, but it's a learning process finding the balance cause it can't all be like that all the time or even most of it. 80% peace 20% chaos max for me now i think lolol. girl proud of you for your moving on and everything and being so dignified

I used to juul a lot pre-pandemic, &I know everyone is different, but quitting cold turkey is what I had to do and just never touch that ish again. I actually think the vaping was causing minor panic attacks and just general addiction behaviors I knew weren’t normal. Vaping in the bathroom at my office? Vaping during commercials of a tv show in between charges? Idk I guess it might sound all very minor in the grand scheme of things but it still had a hold over my life and I hated that. I’m glad to be freed from that horrible feeling

Love you so much, and I'm so glad you are doing amazing being a single ~GODDESS~!! I'm asking this for myself, what happened to your lip? I'm thinking about getting filler in my upper lip next month, but since I scheduled my appointment, I've been noticing people's lips way more and noticed that yours have changed a bit. Is there anything you think could help improve my experience? Did you notice a timeframe when you needed to stop? How often do you actually need to re-up? I'm sorry if this is invasive, but I'm trying to make sure that I'm doing the right thing for myself, my body, and... honestly, my finances.

Break ups hit so late. Especially marriage or engagement. When you live in chaos you accept it. You think they once you get stability life I’ll be good. So when you finally get it and it doesn’t meet your expectations it’s hard to accept that.

You're not toxic or chaotic, you are comfortable with who you are, you know what you like and you like your own company 👌 you are always so relatable! I'm a married mommy now lol but you remind me very much of myself. Keep living for you and your future other half is very lucky to have you.

This was so relatable.. all of it! Currently also not caring about men, because they are disgusting... Had a guy sending sexual text/comments to me and spending more time with me than his girlfriend.
