Can you make a video about how to train by yourself and match the intensity of the game, because when I'm in the gym by myself I do good but once varsity starts to guard my I can't handle the intensity
What's the rest period in between those ladder runs? Is it like the amount of time to rum you get to rest?

Knowing how well conditioned you need to be to play college basketball probably little to none there maybe two different groupd

what if some people on the team got classes in like the afternoon from like 1, 2, etc till like 6?

The academic advisor schedules everyone’s classes around the set practice time

Nah lol but definitely some close calls. I even had to go to the hospital once.
