I found my ❤️‍🔥 17 years ago and it's still burning. Teaching is my passion. Providing kids a place where they can be safe, have fun and learn. There's another spark that needs my attention and concistency. Taking care of my body. Eating healthy again and working out. Thanks to you I've been journaling and I enjoy your study/work videos. In my experience, finding that fire comes from exploring and trying new things (with boundaries, of course). Cultivating it and keeping the habits for a long time it's something more stable and sustainable, it's something more "earth-like" for lack of a better term. It's not just about that intense feeling of the fire anymore, because that comes and goes, and those repetitions are what create something new. Is like building a home, so that when the fire is lit, you use it the most effective way one can. The fire can't be lit forever, because that would only bring destruction, but in the right place, and with the right knowledge and wisdom to use it best, fire can help and bring life to everyone else.

I believe that we are the creators of our reality. So yes and yes and yes to CREATING your fire 🔥

“every action during the day is an opportunity to keep or to fade that fire” this hit me, eventually anything you’re doing could serve your passion, “your fire” thank you :)

I just wanna say how grateful I am to have found your channel you always say the right things at the right time

I needed this so bad, thank you! I just left a relationship that was suffocating me, and as I left, I felt like I had nothing but ashes of who I once was. This year is definitely focused on finding and refining myself, but I have been feeling the same way - that I've lost that fire that once drove me, and didn't know where to find it again. "You don't _find_ fire, you _build_ fire," is so deeply empowering and life affirming that I instantly found that spark, This year will be all about fanning that flame. This is such a great framing, too, because it give us agency. Some days you don't need the flame to be huge, so you can fan it a little bit, but some other days, you do need a big flame, so you can fan it more to add oxygen and stir it up. And we can find new things to add fuel to it. We have control. Thank you!

Hard times may have held you down, but they will not last forever. When all is said and done, you will be better off than before.

Starting something new and being bad at it is such a fun spot to be in! Having so many things were comfortable in and then jumping into a new realm going: "This is hard and I'm not good at it!" That feeling of uncertainty is full of so much potential! A huge path for growth just unfurls before you when you challenge yourself. Do things that are tough! That's growing pains. I felt like this is a call for RE-ignition of the inner fire. 2 years ago I had a deep strong desire to take off all the fake layers and just be real and go for the unrealistic things. But then I got sucked back into the "normal" path. And I'm grateful because each journey was equally important. But I miss that part of me that was so persistent and for once spoke up for myself and sought joy and self exploration and creation. I want more of her in my daily life.
