I've been really unwell this week, I've been struggling to get to sleep in the silence so these stories have been really helpful in getting me to sleep. Especially if I have been waking up a few times during the night, I'll find another one and i'm asleep again. They truly are magical

I would like a story where I come into unexpected money and move to a farm where I can interact with the animals yet I have people to do all the hard work. I'd like it to be near a forest, away from people with water nearby. A nice spacious home where I can paint and invite old friends over just to relax, enjoy each other, the animals, nature and a good night sleep. No stress.

I'm 64 yrs old and listen to your story at night when I get in bed it helps me to sleep some nights and other night I just listen to the words and story I never seen my self listing to someone tell me a a story at night lol but I so enjoy it I have alot of health problems and live alone with my dogs and it does help me I always have to have something on radio TV are listen to your story's it helps me not to feel so lonely to listen to someone's voice Thank you for your great story's bless you maybe you can make this in to a story

I started listening to this at 4 am after I woke up to use the bathroom. I think I made it to '7' in the relaxation portion. The next time I woke up,the music was playing, so I missed the entire story! Will try again tonight.❤😴😊

Was going to share a visual I use when I’m tired. Sometimes I pretend I’m finally in a warm bed after journeying for whatever reason in the cold without a bed and haven’t had comfortable rest in days. I think how thankful I am to be warm and comfortable finally. Sometimes I’ll pretend I am in clean soft clothes for the first time since I started my journey. Weird but it works. Like it’s the apocalypse and I’ve been searching for shelter and finally found a home with a bed and made a warm fire.

Stephen, I love all your stories, but I think this is my new favorite! When Sarafina talked to us/me, it really resonated with me, like she was telling me what I needed to hear. I'm sure everyone listening may have felt the same way, that's what is so magical about it. I would love more stories where we are encouraged to move forward and do things we're holding back on, some much needed encouragement. Usually your stories just help to send me off to sleep, but this week they've been helping me to not think of the terrible pain I'm in from dental issues. Hopefully it will be sorted out soon. But it did make me think how nice it would be to have a few stories that relate to healing, even if it's mental images like dipping your hands in magical water, drinking cool magical water, walking through colored light that heals, breathing in healing energy in the forest. You would tell it perfectly, because I feel you are a healer. Big hugs to anyone here feeling physical pain, it'll get better!
