You’re exactly what we as ITH fans/customers have needed. Now we can really get an idea of all the possibilities and yes, there are plenty! May I also compliment you on your interior design expertise. I enjoy how you’re showcasing everything! The land, trees, sky, plants, home variations, furniture (okay I did say everything)! I watch your videos at least twice just so I can capture it all! As I entered into the foyer I straightaway noticed that beautiful rustic accent entryway cabinet with the beautifully carved doors. A little StucOFlex, some wood trim, and a deck added outside, add an enclosed vestibule entry, and decor inside... and like magic 🎩 a customized home! Beautiful❣️

Wow wow wow! This truly shows how the modest little Incred-I-Box is a diamond in the rough. A tiny Cinderella who can go to the ball when she has a fairy godmother! A swan from an ugly duckling! Beautiful work, Marcus! Just amazing!

Randy is a single male who MIGHT get 7 hours of sleep in his studio man cave....He works 18-hour days usually.....Some single seniors can handle the Box....I would like to set one up for Senior couples....True a 10' X 24' Box would be better with a mono-slop front-to-back rather than that end-to-end slope. But I think a one-unit model for end-of-life is a better idea for cost. The 20' Box with the bay window box and tongue box, On-demand H/W, and air exchanger can work....Putting a W/D combo in the tongue box....Keep the costs down so fixed-income seniors have a chance....We can talk about a "Skid Road" section Seniors' End-of-life area by the pond another time...Leased so at the end of life it will go to another aging senior. We can come up with ideas, YOU make them visual.

This is my second look at this video. I really like the additional 'foyer' joining the two units together. Thanks for an excellent idea!!

They don't have that wood edge around the roof ...they don't have black metal roofing ...they don't have those black entry doors ...they don't have those windows ...and they appear to be "off" the trailers and placed on top of brick foundations, or maybe one is cement? I mean, aesthetically, it looks nice, but that's waaaaaay over $100K. Lovely work, though. The two *separate* incrediboxes joined by a common entry area was exactly as I had envisioned them, back before they ever started calling them "add-i-boxes". I live in a nice climate, so I had also considered placing them as you did, but just leaving a common area between them for a firepit and some Adirondack chairs around the fire, as well as some pavers, since I live in earthquake country and the only thing that cracks worse than concrete is brick. lol That's life here. In this option, I had also envisioned a sort of abstract sun covering stretched between the two adjacent Incrediboxes so there would be shade, as well as a tiny bit of protection from light rain. In fact, the version I had envisioned in my mind, where there was an entryway built between them, instead of creating a fire pit area, I considered making it large enough to have two 13-foot tall IKEA PAX wardrobes (they are so flimsily made I'd probably have them built and not purchase IKEA brand, but you get the picture) side-by-side with sliding doors, that would create a place for hanging coats, shoe racks, bags, umbrellas, hats/gloves/scarfs, dog leashes/harnesses/bags for walks, and neatly stored and hidden right at the door when they're most convenient. One of the things I dislike about the Incrediboxes is that the entry doors open *into* the units, taking up space, and if the door is wet from rain, dripping water inside. In a small home, I like a door that pulls out onto the porch, like a screen/storm door would. You really did a beautiful job with the aesthetic design, as well. I think they're doing away with the 8' width, and going straight to 10', as they've figured out that is more in demand.
