The Importance of Gratitude

I explain how the importance of gratitude has changed my life, the lives of others and improved my relationships with people, including myself.
I had a lot of fun with this video, and I thoroughly enjoyed making it, it is easily one of my favourite videos I've ever made, delightfully simple yet powerful, and is one I will always treasure.
Hope you enjoy it!

Oh you just warm my heart with your unending positivity Fred and joyful energy! Ps. Your landlady looks like she radiates sun beams out of her face; like really attracts like doesn't it! Did you ever see that Rold Dahl sketch, it's worth looking up about positive thoughts it's from the twits or something, love it!

Re abundance of food: I grew up with an allotment, and home grown food is so much better! I like seasonality, I just resent that people expect to have strawberries in December or Asparagus in January. And do not get me started on vegans! Do they ever think about the airmiles, the rain forest that gets chopped down for their coconuts, that almonds need SOO much water and grow in only small areas of the world, that there is a terrible monoculture in california due to almonds, that bees need to be driven all across the US and then die, to pollinate the trees? NO! I am so happy that your mother has changed her habit. Smart phones are terrible, and having 24 news. It really is beneficial to switch that off or consume it with a pinch of salt. Hope you continue to enjoy your time, maybe you will discover a new independence and zest for life! Best wishes...

I think we ALL benefit from year round, out of season vegetables, pretty unfair to blame the vegans! My point was to not take it for granted when surrounded with such abundance, and not to let food spoil or waste it, and to be mindful of when you eat food and acknowledge the journey it has been on to get to you.
