Great insight into the first steps of recovery Anthony. Talking about inhaling there I thought you were about to inhale one of the flies lol. Love the Lake Natimuk area. I used to do some bouldering around the base of Arapiles. Take care.

Thank you Rob. Yep, I was a bit worried about the fly around my face as well. Wow, such a small world. If you ever get up here again, bring your bike and we'll ride up the Mount. I'm really fortunate to live so close to the wonderful town/community of Natimuk. All the best to you.

@@jamesmcmanus8567 Hi mate. Welcome to the club that we never wanted to join or thought we would. But, grateful to the skilled Surgeons and Nurses who have given us the opportunity to lead a fulfilling life again. Thank you for your kind words. When I was in hospital recovering after surgery, I was distressed and desperate to see living proof/hear from someone who had been through the same and had enjoyed an active life and that they were back to normal. I hope on some level my amateur/low quality provide this proof. Take one day at a time, and don't be hard on yourself if you have an off day. Two years down and I still have wonky days. I hope your Sternum has healed well and your being active (some meds can make this challenging). All the very best in your Journey. Life will get back to the way it was!

@@anthonyheywardCABG Thanks I am healing well and trying to be as active as safely possible. Looking forward to starting my cardio rehab next week. You are correct we have to be grateful to the medical staff who do miracles every day so we could have a second chance.

@@jamesmcmanus8567 all the best with your Cardiac Rehab. It's a great way to build confidence and under supervision, push a little bit more than you probably have since the Op.
