I used to do 6 now I make sure I am off the computer by 7pm. Read a book no more cell phone or blue screen till 8:30. Wind down time is about 30 minutes so normally 9pm to 5Am not counting Bio breaks. MAKES A HUGE difference on my recovery and energy and attitude.
I sleep 10-12 hrs a night I should be huge with gear and training but I'm just a little above average

Thats cuz 12hrs is overkill duh. Sleeping 12hr without eating and hydrating will slow your gains.
Nice video
Great
I sleep 9.5 h per day, I go to bed at 0.00h, and I get up at 10 am!
Maybe
Hi, I wanted to rewatch this video because i just had a new baby boy enter my life and sleep is limited. I have worked a scheduled where I can get 6-8 hrs but they are broken up (3 +4, 4+4, 5+2), do you think that still affects my recovery and muscle gain? Is consecutive sleep critical?
if i worked 8 hours a day and weighttraining after that i deff need 8-9 hours sleep

@@davidh7832 that's how long most athletes sleep for I'm talking guys like Tom Brady etc he'll LBJ spends a million annually on training and nutrition and says rest is the most 1 of the most important things when it comes to performance and competing
