Just FYI if u haven't used an old computer/tv but the screen doesn't actually flicker like that in real life. It's just an issue with how he's recording it that makes it look like the screen is flickering. (I believe he needs to lower his capture frame rate)

I also had these in 3rd grade. It was such an experience, and if I could go back anywhere, I would go to there. It was the best classroom. We had iMac G3’s, 1 G4, and we also had the iMac from 2008. It’s an icon. A trip down memory lane. Congrats on your machine man! You deserve it.

The iMac G3 was my second computer growing up, but the first one I have fond memories of. Digging into the help files for no reason was part of what got me learning about and getting interested in computers, here I am in the field 20 years later.

Holy crap, this is such a nostalgic experience man, I remember having these during my second grade reading room and just getting on and playing games while occasionally looking at my book, such a throw back. Thank you!

Here’s my Mac story In 2009 My mom bought a iMac g5, in first grade i started using the iMac Second Grade I saw and used the bonzai blue iMac g3 during my freetime in class, in the computer lab I saw 34 emacs i use emac 4 and 11 then I saw a powermac 5500 or a performa 5200 3-5th grade IMac g5 running Mac OS X tiger or panther 6th grade a powermac 5400 between two classrooms 7th-8th grade used iMacs on Mac OS Lion Sierra also founded sapphire iMac g3 Macintosh classic and Macintosh performa 550 Today still have my imac g-5

Found a Bondi Blue iMac G3 in my parents garage. Turned out to be the one that I started coding on about 18 years ago. I love this machine and it's found a nice place in my living room

Back in the day, my whole 2nd grade class rushed to get work done so we could have free time and play on these old iMac G3’s. Our school could only have the budget for 3 in one classroom, so you had to be FAST to get a turn using the macs. A line would form behind the computer and kids would try and make you mess up in the game so your turn could be over and they could play. All I remember of the actual games were that It was this one 3D game where you played as an ant and another game involving dinosaurs set in a bird’s eye view. I have no idea what those games were called, or what the games were like exactly, but this video brought back some good memories of second grade.

When he was putting on the cases I thought I had my video settings to 1.5x speed

Awesomewitch:) I really doubt it and here's why: 1) Apple only does that with iMac pros 2) If a company sponsors a video, youtubers is legally obligated to let the audience know. It could be by telling us in the beginning/end of every video, or through links in the description that explicitly say it's an affiliated link, or simply just saying "sponsored by apple" or something similar 3) Even if they did send him an iPhone (which I've never heard of, but it could happen), it would only be one for a review, not 5 of them to hack/jailbreak, add a glowing apple logo, or try cases on

We have twenty of those computers on our school they still work and are being used for creative projects I study graphic design so it’s really awesome to see those computers still being used

I installed the guts of my iPhone 5S into a see through frame back when we had those, and it looked great. But, the included antennas didn't work very well compared to the metal frame (Verizon CDMA) and it had poor reception / rapid battery drain. For the iMac, is that really the original Bondi Blue color? I can't be sure but I think yours is a Blueberry Rev. C iMac G3. I have almost every slot loading iMac G3... but only the original tray loading design in Bondi Blue.
