Hi, I’m watching this video I’ve commented in your comment section before I’m new to your channel I have decided to get a bouvier I was getting 2, I had already put money down I’m so glad I found your channel. I commented, you responded THANK YOU! I did what you said RESEARCH it confirmed what you said. I explained to the breeder why I changed my mind based on the research she was glad to honor this. I did do my research before On where to buy I didn’t want a dog from a mill. I do private dog sitting in my home for those who want one on one treated as if the dog was my own every dog I have watched have been leash pullers by the end they have all been leashed trained not to pull. My new puppy is not my first rodeo I had a Old English sheep dog who I paid for private training from the beginning not just for her but for myself I insisted I be part of the training I needed training too It’s been a while years since I lost her to old age I’m ready to do it again. Being I’ve been down this road successfully before I’m brushing up so I’m prepared to have more knowledge then before. I’m planning on starting a Utube channel “ raising jacqueline Bouvier” I’ll continue to educate myself before she comes to her new home. You’ll be hearing from me again I’m sure as I take this journey on. Thank you for all the free information and the time you put in so us normies with dogs have the knowledge and as said knowledge is power! Again ,thank you!

oh my GOD .. I love that story of Bruno. I'm crying right now because It hits home. My Terrier I got her at 12 months old and she has had me in tears so many month now. I put in the boundaries and training while my partner belittles everything I do. . My partner lets her do as she wants. I'm constantly battling my partner. But you know what . My dog now listens to me SIT, PLACE, WALK ON LOOSE LEAD, AND FOLLOW ME. She is still a shit but its not her fault. My Partner believe to let a dog be a dog !! I hope and pray that that dog learns its me that makes the rules not my partner

When r u going back to FL? How do I find out your travel plans? I’ve subbed for a while but am still learning YT. Thx 4 all u do to train us to be better dog parents. I finally found a trainer like u talked about (after wasting a lot of time & $ on 3 different trainers). She recommended ur e-collar book & vids….answers to my prayers! My out of control rescue dog is now my Service Dog (she’s technically still in training because I couldn’t get clearance to start mobility training until she was 2 yrs old & her growth plates had closed). Her public access training was a little slowed bc of COVID but slow & steady is a good pace 4 us (she has passed her AKC PA test both reg & urban). Every day is a adventure in training (& we don’t lv the house every day!). I am not only proud to the point of exploding about how great my pup is doing but proud of myself too! Thank u from both of us!!!🐾

Oh you made me laugh and remember my boxers. I came home one day, every thing was white. They were all white. Cover with floar. Another time, everything was brown. That was coffee. (I think they jump and didn't sleep for at least 24 hrs) Boxer are so wonderful but so messy, as I never experienced with any other breed. I miss them so much, they already past away, at old age. They were always getting into trouble if they were alone. In any other sense, the best dogs I had, trained in every possible thing he could learn as he grew up. I trusted that boy with my life. But when he was young, oh my...he was really terrible when he was bored and no human at home. All his creativity and intelligence was put into how can I mess up, in a new way?

That totally happened to me except for it was a case of somehow my back door blew open during a thunderstorm while I was out somewhere and they were all able to go outside and play in mud! My entire house was brown all the way up the walls they even stood on couches and shook it everywhere including the ceiling! It was terribly exhausting to even look at much less by the time I actually got done cleaning it! But the golden rainbow is that nobody got away and that is a real golden rainbow because I have a pack of dogs that all know how to jump the fence and one of them that most certainly will anytime he wants to if you're not watching him and of course he jumped the fence that day but, our neighbors said he never left our yard and jumped back over into our yard when the grandma came outside and said "bear go in the house" Thank God because he's not such a cool guy to strangers (has never bitten anything or anyone) and is intact and very territorial within his yard. So no dogs came by and got hurt, no humans got hurt, and it was a good day. Who knows how many things I threw away though... And let me just say that bear is actually a very well-behaved dog who has been socialized and trained and is not a bad dog at all. He is just that way and he is who he is trust me I've tried everything with the fence even and inground fence system that only resulted in traumatizing the poor guy! It took us forever to get him to come back into our yard and to trust us again. He's always been the type of dog that adjusts with a very small correction so I should have knew he was super sensitive in that way but I didn't think it would be that bad. who knew the tough guy wasn't so tough

So by “ape shit” and “see Jesus” can you clarify exactly what u mean by that? Is that just yelling, grabbing by the scruff, etc.? I had to do that to my gsd who snapped at my kids bc of resource guarding me and the couch. She never did it again. Does it need to be higher in intensity to prevent dog fights though?
