i would like to see how the care fares when it encounters potholes. where i live, the roads are basically made of them

Nah, you really should finish a right turn in the right lane. Left turn in the left lane.

@John Jamesmaybe or its becouse people are little boxes (with depth) that always move a little. You must not forget that it is checking if something moves several times within a second, there Occupancy Network works with videos and not with images. Try to hold your hand in front of your face, we usually don't notice it anymore but we always move a little bit, holding still needs a lot of concentration.

Your fast-forward and stop "cassette" noises are very distracting.. actually it makes it sound like your car is making weird noises inside.

Day to day, is it less tiring driving in autopilot or is it not there yet?
changing lanes to avoid blocking intersections...autopilot is officially better at driving than like 80% of people

Great vid as always man. Noticed I wasn’t subscribed. Thought I was. Fixed. Lol. Is that’s 75d by the way?
20:12 when you override it i love the wheel starts flying back and forth like its denying and trying to tell you it really doesnt want to do this 😂
Man I absolutely love how to talk about the car. You are the most unbiased person to ever review something. If you don’t like something, you call that right out! It’s awesome to watch because anyone else would just be like “ohh this stupid car doesn’t work right at all!” But you actually give it props when it does something correct and also give remarks when it does something incorrect. Even on minor things where I’m like “ahh it did okay there” you’ll still call it like you see it. Gotta respect that.

This is crazy. Can’t believe you can make long videos this soothing! Keep it up man, you deserve wayyy more subs. I can definitely notice the extra attention you place onto story telling (especially the use of wide angles and pauses SOOOOO GOOD). And btw, I love your voice. Have a nice day, week, month. Have a nice.

Hello, I have been watching your videos for a few weeks now and I just wanted to say that I really enjoy watching you and your enthusiasm is refreshing! Keep up the good work.
I like how he FSD is showing its thinking process. I feel that is really important for us humans to become more relaxed during the ride.
Fascinating. A couple of years ago I watched FSD videos for the entertainment of seeing where and how it screwed up - showing how hard the project was. Now I think, from here on forward, I've started to watch to admire its increasingly inscrutable but intelligent handling of said situations. Thanks for flipping my script there, it was about time. And at one time I thought I'd stop watching because as it got good it would get boring! PS your editing is great. (thumbs up emoji)

and at the same time it cannot recognize a cardboard box in front of it and just goes straight through it lol, clearly far away from being able to be completely autonomous.

@@Danuxsy ha ha yeah fair point. and I would have assumed 3-point turns by now too.
I think the car in the parking lot was confused by the fact that you had turned left signal very early and he thought you were going to turn into his path, where you wouldn't fit, that's why he wanted to go sooner
The car on your left in the parking lot that had a stop sign and went when you thought you had the right-of-way probably did it because they saw how slow you were going andn that your left turn signal was on. They could have been thinking that you intended to let them go and that you wanted to go down the isle they were coming out of.
From what I understand, FSD team appreciates getting more taping of notification button as it provides more edge cases for them to evaluate. Press the button more rather than less.
I really like your videos, either and edited and long ones. Your voice is super calming and I just like to watch how autopilot manages its way through roads. Feels like future is already here. Keep up the good work, man!
I love how it just gets better and better each update :D I mean I LOVE
We love the longer videos! They are both interesting and relaxing, and a great way to end the day if you ask me :) keep it up!
I've to say that, it's the most complicated video editing I ever seen among FSD channels out there, camera switching effect is so cool that it's like how it most be in new Grand Theft Auto game 😂 Aside of video editing, videos by this channel is analysed & discussed about it extremely detailed. Thanks for such hard working & sharing.
Seriousley some of the best FSD content on YT. Love it, keep it up man!
Exactly the type of video style I love and subbed to this channel. Only through your videos, I am able to track overall progress of FSD. Thank you.
I love the longer videos! Nothing stopping you from also having some shorter ADHD-friendly short-videos, maybe even some clickbait, but I feel like long no-cut videos are important because it clearly shows what the AI can do and cant do at this point. It creates trust in your content because you cant fake or cut out anything.

I think that is what KZread shorts are for the ADHD People XD
Just love the ‘warts and all’ approach, superb commentary and the wide angle for context is super helpful. Keep up the fantastic work!
You're hands down my favorite FSD youtuber. I look for your videos explicitly and the others I just happen across.
I definitely agree with Andy, I love these long form videos. Your editing is getting so good!
One of your best videos on the channel. I love a longer format there the majority of footage is still sped up and there is a ton of commentary regarding interesting problems. I would really appreciate if you shared your workflow perhaps on your second channel as I will probably try to launch an European FSD channel once we get the opportunity here across the ocean! Do you record VO over already pre-edited footage? Or do you comment over raw footage and then edit everything together? It's just so smooth and seamless and that's coming from someone who has been producing videos for the past 10 years. Just amazing job man.

Thank you so much for the kind words! I’ve been thinking of doing some tutorials either on a second channel or for Patreon supporters. It’s been a long road developing a process, but I basically VO over unedited clips and put markers where I’d like to switch from 3rd person view to first person and then after I’m all finished I do multiple “passes” and add all the color grading and transitions. I will definitely make a tutorial in the future, I’m finally getting organized!
As usual, great video, thanks. Love your work.
You are killing it with all of these uploads! Thanks and keep it up 👍
So well presented, and you sound well and ok. Thank you ! Great edit. Take care
next level editing, love it! thanks
you're all good man these longer videos are great please make more they are super interesting!
At 3:38 Tesla started to use a left blinker signal too early and that's why the red SUV driver was considering to proceed forward: to let Tesla take a turn here to a parking to the left
As always, a perfect video; thank you! And while you've been doing it for a number of videos now, I gotta say I love your "clack" sound at the end of fast-forwarding through sections. Older folks like me (and you?) appreciate the sound of good old fashioned physical buttons in this crazy digital world.
More of these, they help me get through the day and I learn something while I relax.
Love these vids! gets me into a chill mood and is great for keeping me updated on self-driving car technology wich i think is super interesting! Keep up the good work!!!
We do love these longer videos!!! And it does sound Nice!
Great shout-out and thanks for reading and reacting to the comments!
I agree that these kinds of videos are very relaxing and entertaining to watch and your commentary is so great! Keep it up
Awesome work, many thanks!
Excellent edit, really liked this one.
Bro, I have your video in the background while studying. Love the chill vibe.
Great info and presentation. Thank you!
Great FSD videos. Thanks!
Amazing! Thanks a lot for the video!
Bro, the transitions between your camera angles are NUTS, I love them
Over the course of an entire year of testing, FSD still does not see several of the speed bumps on my street that are usually "masked" by shadows from trees. Almost always the same ones, but behaves the same in any scenario that is similar: speed humps that have tree shadows cast on them almost never get recognized correctly, in particular during late morning/midday. At night it's fine since it's casting its own light to see objects rather than relying on environmental light to see.
Thank you for your great work!
Diverse situations. very interesting and awesome editing
I live couple blocks from the san mateo supercharging. Im glad you did this video so i can see how fsd will react to my area!!! Cant wait to finally get out of fsd que & actually get the fsd..
Always excited to see your content. Keep it up
I LOVE your videos, AI DRIVR, but please keep in mind that you are PRIMARILY a Tesla FSD Beta Tester (who signed the agreement like we all did) whose primary job is to beta test…meaning please please please hit the “Video Capture” button to send data back to data when the car does something inappropriate in your judgement. Doing that will help us ALL and will help MY car learn from YOUR car’s mistakes (and vice versa). Thank you sir and I appreciate you
Love your objective approach. Great video.
Phenomenally good! Can’t wait to see Beta start to do three point turns and U-turns soon.
Thank you for making these videos, I find it very interesting. I just found you today and subbed.
totally agree with the comment about Eurotruck Simulator. I enjoy watching the long and uncut videos
Still the best fsd vids. Thx
Your voice over is interesting and entertaining. Keep up the good work!
Really high quality video m8!
Wow, I was not expecting the shoutout! Thank you very much and keep up the good work :)
Big wins and also big YIKES at times. Great that the autopilot can learn from people like you putting it through its paces.

i love the full length videos
I like the VCR fast-forward and play effect you used.
Great video again!
absolutely love those effects 3:32! Love your channel for this way of experimenting😅
I just started watching your video, and because of the way you describe and speak about all the details, I just subscribed to your channel ✌️✌️✌️
I love your videos. Quality is really good and ineressting to watch. By the way, i like your voice and kind of talking.
Nice video format, i like it all
Very impressive editing
17:01 In Germany, you are legally supposed to pass buses with hazard lights on only at walking speed (~5-7 mph), because people might pass in front of the bus, but pretty much nobody actually drives that slow. So in a way, not even overly cautious
Excellent video. Do not change a thing as to the presentation. Your voice over and video post production make for very informatie videos. KUDOS, and thanks for the great work!
The best video on FSD beta I've seen. Great job! Thank you!

Best FSD channel by far.
I love your vids hope u keep making them and btw longer videos are more then welcome
Loved this video
I have to say, youre one of the few channels where i watch ads, because your content ist so good and you deserve the money lol. Greets from Germany
new vid lesgo keep up the detailed work
You have the best camera perspective of all the KZreadrs my goodness! It’s real life GTA!
Thank you!
Yeah I put those videos for sleep you have nice calming voice and I love Tesla bing bongs it’s quite relaxing you don’t shout, the longer the better if there would be a possibility I would watch everyday
Used to live in San Mateo and quite familiar with the areas the car drove. Wow, you really put the car through the hoops. For science! Great work.
sic optics and video style congrats
7:24 that was super cool, that was the person that freaked it out and for good reason. When the person came into view they were spinning around to sit on the tailgate which looked like they could be about to make a quick move that could put them in the path.
Nice video and I love to her to your voice, it’s kinda chill 😊 At 7:22 autopilot is reacting because of the human at the car, he was also displaying this on the screen. Mention that just in case you missed that. Grettings from Germany ☺️
Very happy with the video length here. Had a pretty good drive with FSD this morning. Low traffic and it was right before sunrise. But it made smooth turns and had good decision making 👍🏽
You’re definitely my favorite FSD driver
I have the fSD it's amazing I love it
I like these types of FSD videos. It allows us to see more FSD interactions in a shorter time span, but also gives context to what's going on. P.S. Would be nice if the beta version was in the video description or maybe as text at the top or bottom of the video
Yes, I like seeing your whole drive and listening to your commentary. I've tried Vlogging in my Tesla, but I hate the way I sound so much, and I hate editing, so I never upload them! :)
Love the long video
something about your videos that make it the only FSD series I watch from beginning to end
When I watch your videos in my tesla using FSD , I get confused by all the Tesla sounds from the videos audio thinking it’s my car lol😂. Ya ya ya “keep your eyes on that road” thanks mom
Love the camera views and embedded visualization, also your narration. One thing that could be added is stats on the number of disengagements (saw this on AllAboutTeslaY channel videos and find it heplful).
So you were driving around Los Prados and you didn’t stop by to say hi. How rude. Love the videos. Keep up the great work 😊
No! You are not crazy. This is the most intelligent analysis of autopilot behavior I've watched so far. Love it.
Dam! The improvements.
Yes, longer videos are better videos! Your commentary is great and very insightful.
great job
6:20 I like how the warning said "Autopilot Paused. Waiting for our turn."
Regarding the right turn into the multi-lane roadway: check your drivers' license manual that the state provides to prepare for the test, right turns must take the eight lane and then signal to move over, same procedure for left turns into the left most lane. We have been cites by a state trooper on this issue.
Love your voice. It really puts me to sleep 😴
I like the long videos too. Just woke up, smoking a cig, drinking coffee and watching this is one of the thing I like in the morning. It's peaceful, slow, relaxing, while being interesting and who makes me think about some of the situations you show. Make it easy to wake up slowly and start the real thinking process.
It's odd, but I enjoying listening and watching your 25+min videos while working. It's also impressive to see how the Tesla interacts other human drivers
13:28 Here, a double axle trailer is parked in front, and the representation is a shortened semi with five axles. I have always been impressed with how good the vehicular representations are. I am guessing they have standard graphics that they pick from to approximate the shape of the vehicles.
THANKS CAROL!
