Was just thinking that. This was what made Stern so popular and famous. Of course, so many of the jokes and things said on Stern from the 1980s, 1990,s and early 2000s could not be said today.

Dude, he's almost 70. He has entertained us for more than 40 years. This is his last innings. Let the man do what he wants. I think all the Howard hate will go down once he's dead. He's done many wrong but he's done many great things(that might be called offensive these days) which is so larger and greater than all the wrongs that it'll suppress all the others. I remember my grandad use to listen to Howard then my dad and then me. Both my father and grandad are dead today but sometimes I'd watch the show and hearing some part will remind me of them and give me nostalgia.
