    Thank you so much for the personal sharing here. The story of the show stopper about 30 minutes in made me cry because I relate 100%.     "When somebody has so much familiarity connected to you..." It's hard to be a prophet in your own town. People often disregard or undervalue someone's insights or achievements if they are familiar with them.
