Amazing content as usual! Just a friendly feedback: when you make a video be mindful of the background. Simple things like closing the closet door (if it closes) make a difference.

Totally agree. Unfortunately that closet doesn’t have a door… but we are getting a new background soon💪
Hey guys awesome as always. Imo u should put all the newer hill videos in a Playlist so we don't have to scroll way down to find the videos. Just my 2 cents.

You’re right, I’d been meaning to do that but keep procrastinating 🤦♂️
You did the post. The low hand. And the hook....where is the press?
I'm facing an hard time because I can't decide if to train hook or Toproll 😂. I'm stronger in the hook, but I can't do the start. I can do a perfect Toproll start, but I don't have offensive pronation. I'm more of a difensive arnwrestler, I have a defensive Toproll, and a defensive hook. I really don't know what to do lol. I usually either do a "Dave Chaffe" pull, by just keeping a straight wrist and driving to the pad, or I'll end in a defensive pronated hook position and stop the match there. But since I got flashpinned a bit, I really want to develop a good start

Basically train both. It’s better that way. U can alternate days/muscle groups. Gives u options later.

Isnt the can opener essentially a low hand toproll?

Yes, but it starts from a hook.
Great video monkeys. Is press part of offensive hook. Hookers unite

Cup and slot of lat drag.
I think that the problem with the hook is that if you commit to a start and you are even a tiny bit slower than the opponent you have lost the match. While a toproller, since he is pulling away from the center, is always in the match
