I love how he was able to bring the candy to a boil in the cup of his hand and freeze it in the other. This is just pure magical amazing and inspiring I am going to sign up for Hogwarts cooking school this summer.

That’s so gorgeous. I don’t think I could eat such a work of culinary art.

I hope he enjoyed making it as much as I enjoyed watching. I don’t feel a consumer would savor the dish as much as it is deserved. He inspires me to want to do something like this, perhaps mine would appear lopsided and amateur but I’m sure it would be delicious.

This is really fascinating….. the way he made is just simply beautiful and perfect.

I’m one of those people who love seeing the amount of work and dedication in these fancy and high end places and really applaud the chefs and understand that the reason the prices are high are because of the years or decades of practice they went through to get to this. But I’m also one of those people who see the menu and go “that’s too frikin expensive for a small amount of food” xD

Food surgeon is a profession that needs to be acknowledged

Ever since cake boss I couldn't trust that "sculpture sweets" are actually good, but watching this and watching all those steps and processes to make a dessert that is not only pretty but has a complex flavor makes me crave them so bad!
