Hi Samuel, thank you for this beautiful arrangement, I don’t know much about music, I just know I am meso soprano, so for me it can’t be too high or too low and not so fast either. I hardly sing but people write to me and want me to sing “Jerusalem” The Holy City. Thanks again I would pay for an accompaniment that would go with my voice tone. Thank you, thank you for sharing your talent with us.

Decluttering during COVID-19 sheltering-at-home, I found the yellowed sheet music for piano accompaniment and the clarinet solo that I played as special music in First Methodist Church in Commerce, Georgia sometime in the early 1960's. I believe this was my very first public solo performance. Since I started back playing in 2001, I have done hundreds but this one is special because it was the first and the piano accompanist was so talented and sweet. Anyway, this is the same arrangement, note for note, that I played with back on that day. What a wonderful thing to find after all these years. Thanks so much for posting it. I'm going to record it with my clarinet on my own channel first chance I get.

Fantastic accompaniment! This key suits my voice much better. I know the melody well and how the lyrics fit into it, but since the actual melody is not played here, it requires some serious practice to ensure that I sing it correctly and keep my tempo correct. I sometimes find myself running ahead or behind! But that's my problem, not yours. I'll get it right.

Same here. I am so bad with timing but practice makes it perfect. I sang this piece hundred of times but still missing some beats once in a while. I love when my daughter accompanies me, she knows my flaws so she kinda just follow my own tempo and it works great. Keep singing for the Lord and God bless you.

I sing it in Spanish but it is a very different version than most sing, my mother in law used to sing it but it was composed by a Cuban friend of their family. I love to sing though I don’t much anymore. I don’t go to church anymore and anyway they don’t sing classic style anymore and don’t care for slides on screen. I prefer live accompaniment and the old fashion way.
