Has anyone got the image of the kiwi with a broom smashing one of those monitors in the control room? They used to air it when they had technical difficulties. They also screened something similar to what we see here with a power cord tripped and unplugged.

TV Kiwi is so cute, and the Maori lullaby is nice (sorry for the lack of diacritics.) The Cat is the best too

Um, actually before NZBC dissolved into 2 channels and a radio station in 1975, the NZBC closed down with God Save the Queen.

God defend New Zealand only became national anthem in 1977, God Save the Queen WAS the nathional anthem at the time.
