True, however paradoxes also exist. Perhaps it's Moving Shadows way of saying this is how hardcore and Jungle tekno effected the evolution of Jungle and in doing so it morphed and evolved into Jungle

Does anyone else remember Spliffy and Eclipse? There were other brands jumping on the bandwagon like Dreddy, Herbie and XTC. There was a very rare brand I remember being sold at markets, think it was called Yardie Worldwide. Can't find anything about it anywhere online. Does anyone else remember it?

Yeah, all that clobber is still being sold today as retro items. I just googled 'spliffy jeans', and I clicked on 'images', and it came up with quite a lot. Ebay sellers selling it. Even some on amazon!

Not a single jungle track on there! 2 bad mice??? 1990??? 😂 smh. If you are looking for the real deal early underground period correct jungle, check out my Four Aces Jungle mix of 91/92.

Massive, BiG Up!!!!!! Take,s up alot of space to store these records, but it,s so worth it!!!!

To call 1990 and early 1991 stuff Jungle is just not true. It was clearly Hardcore, and even the synths and types of melodies/riffs show this. But lets be honest, its all now D&B.

I agree that's what the LP is trying to say... jungle evolved from hardcore. A lot of comments seem to deny hardcore existed, but it's easy to google "hardcore will never die", "hardcore u know the score", "20,000 hardcore members", "hackney hardcore" etc.
