Just revert elixir nerf on monk but make the ability two elixir, it's the reflect that is broken (but slow as fuck, so its intended use of outplaying spells doesn't work half the time). The card itself doesn't deserve to be 5 elixir to deploy, it just isn't worth it most of the time.

Yeah double the damage of x-bow really balanced decision... Skeletons have 81 health at tournament standard and x-bow does 41 damage at tournament standard at the moment. If x-bow is not damaged with your buff, it would do a total of 8160 damage (more than both princess towers combined), for reference, a golem has 5120 hp so it would not even be a viable x-bow counter anymore, and x-bow would kill it in about 18.9 seconds lol. And keep in mind these damage values are only level 11, and the x-bow player can still play other support cards for this to be even faster. The alternative way to make this happen would be to nerf the health of skeletons which IMO would be good for the game as +1 level skeletons would not win fights anymore, with the downside being cards like firecracker being more OP against them.
