I had a Boglin. Drool. He came with me to college. I lived in the basement of a very nice Jamaican family. The mom would come downstairs sometimes to clean. One day, she accidentally came across the Boglin in the corner of a dimly lit room when I was out. According to her, they could hear her scream all the way down the street.

I had Drool, Snish, Slobster, and a smaller one. Some of My favorite toys ever. Definitely one of a kind. Had 2 Sectaurs as well. This guy changed My childhood! Salute

Fun fact: The head of the New Adventures of He-Man figure Optikk is a Dwork eye. I absolutely had Dwork when I was a kid. The working eyes mesmerized me. haha

Oh man, the Clooney-to-Diesel "Hand Shark!" fake-out was the funniest thing I've seen in a long time, and now it's making me wonder why those two haven't starred in a buddy-cop movie together.

I really liked mini boglins here in the UK when I was a kid. Each one had a theme or quirk and a little back story, I particularly remember liking the boxer boglin and the samurai boglin. If I recall correctly, you didn't know which mini boglin you were going to get in a pack, and there were rare gold or silver colour variations too.

The solid plastic ones? I remember having a couple I think from a cereal pack. There was always that kid that claimed they had a gold one but his mum wouldn't let him bring it to school or whatever.

I loved these, and always wanted a full set. However, looking back, they not only came from a closed bag, but they also had random colors? So just how many did you need to buy, to get a full tribe together, AND in the color you wanted them in...?

I had one of the smaller Boglins when I was a kid, I had it for many years, I even modified it as I got into doing special effects makeup; I added sharp teeth and improved the paint job on it making it downright terrifying. It got lost in the shuffle over the years but I loved that thing. If the Kickstarter pans out, I will likely buy a reissue of one of the more complex ones; I really had a lot of fun with that thing.

"Respect is a Popple behaviour." absolutely floored me with laughter! Boglins and Sectaurs are two of my favourite toy lines. I even have some of the handmade Boglins directly from Tim Clarke! He's the NICEST guy!

I absolutely loved Boglins, and still do. The illustrations on the back of the box were beautiful and really sparked the imagination. The only problem was, as a kid, I couldn’t resist chewing their tails, and damaged a couple that way...

I had one of the purple smaller Boglins. I didn't play with him, so much as squeeze his weird soft rubber hands and nose because it was so unlike anything else. Held fast to dirt and lint, though.

Loved Boglins! I had Dwork and a couple of the smaller ones from the original run. Also, I wanted a My Pet Monster so bad. My best friend had one, but i didn't, and I was so jealous! This video was a major nostalgia rush.

The black and white skeleton type Boglin is absolutely amazing. I still have it in my parents attic.

I had Dwork,Drool and snish,I was absolutely obsessed with them when I was 8 or 9.I can’t believe how much they go for today.Snish was one of the aquatic Boglins that spat water.Nostalgia at its highest.

I've gotten into collecting vintage monster and creature toys in the past couple years and have always hoped to come across an original Boglin...and I finally did this past weekend at a tag sale! I got Dwork, and he's in great shape, now I'm obsessed and going on a Boglins internet deep dive haha

I still have my Dwork and my Snish which was part of the aquatic Boglins. They came in a fishtank like packaging.

I loved those things

As long as one of the Soggy Boglins wasn't called Spunk, I think you're safe..

I remember having a boglin and I am lucky enough to have gotten another one of the one I had as a kid. They were a cool toy from back in the day!

I had the pleasure of meeting you last year at Retrocon in Oaks, PA. All I’ll say about this year is I look forward to when you come back. I was a little tongue tied around personalities I see on my devices. Anyhow I don’t think I ever commented on here that I really appreciate and get a kick out of what you do. I had Slobster, one of the Soggy Boglins. I remember being disappointed because he had no puppet eyes like the rest.

My reference point for 'gross' was my Mad Scientist Dissect-an-Alien toy. Boglins didn't make the cut.

It's funny you mention _Flight of the Navigator_ because I always thought boglins looked a lot like the alien that bit off David's hat in the film.

UK fan of the Boglins here. I had Klang, Splat (glow in the dark Boglin) and a baby boglin whose name I've forgotten along with a box full of the mini Boglins.

It is practically criminal that you made this video without mentioning or including the #1 Boglins Boy: Jim Sterling. Where would Boglin fans be without his legendary BoglinWatch series that has kept us all up to the minute with the most important Boglin News? Some say the reason the new kickstarted has been fully funded so quickly was that Jim Sterling himself used every cent to his name and sold his home to move across the country to fund it. Thank god for Jim Sterling!

Loved my Boglin -- it wasn't a common toy request for a 6 year old girl in the 80's. He scared the crap out of me a few times though -- after forgetting where I set him down only to see his glowing eyes under my bed -- oh yeah, good times.

I would have completely forgot about these things had they not been mentioned on Robot Chicken and Rick and Morty. And the fact that one of the creators worked on The Dark Crystal makes perfect sense. They look like things that would have been lurking about in the Skeksis castle.

I remember playing with these at the Ben Franklin's store. We couldn't afford the big puppets, but we had 2 of the small plastic versions.

This is so appropriate for me to watch tonight as I am building a puppet in my studio for an advertisement. My mom would never buy me a Boglin, so I had to be satisfied with playing with them on the toy shelf.

I had a little plastic Boglin as a kid. Him and his little plastic cage were one of my favorite toys. Although the cage quickly became a shark cage for underwater Boglin adventures! I still miss you, Herbie.
