Mariscos El Guero in West Covina is solid AF sporting very fresh seafood, IMO.

This is in the Mercado De Paloma, it is just off the 110 freeway on Grand st. I have been going there for years for Yucatan cuisine. On the other side of the freeway is USC and County History Museum.
