I really love this instrumental. Whats the name of it?
Every single time I watch one of this guys videos, I swear I actually get better at basketball, unlike most KZreadrs this guy uses nba players as examples and tells you what works based on if the pros do rather than basing it off opinion.
@roshawnseeny2531

He doesn't do just nba players he shows examples of all levels like college, overseas, youtubers, etc... all the main concepts of basketball work regardless of the level

As a 6’3 center, me learning this is really going to help a lot with me setting screens for my teammates and giving them the biggest advantage for an open lane

No positions on this channel or in the comment sections! You're a 6'3 hooper - nothing else! But good luck using this screen🏀

@@CoachFrikki great mindset, one must know the whole realm of hooping,one shall not be confined to a position.
This is why I love this channel. A 4 minute analysis on something you can usually use only once a game. But now when I do it it is a free score. Keep it up
Yo, Coach ever since I viewed your videos I've been implementing new moves to my bag and winning my 1v1 against my friends. Ty Coach

Honestly I’ve added a few Frikki Trikks to my bag in the past year and have gotten better at driving and scoring just by technique. Thanks for all you do

Love this. Thank you for taking the time. Didn’t knew this move. Time to add it to the bag. Much respect. Keep up the good work 2 thumbs up
I absolutely love the live game examples. Makes it so much more easier to learn. Thank you for this amazing content. Keep ‘em coming.
Great content! Well researched. Straight to the point. Multiple scenario. I love your channel.
You helped me a lot Coach Frikki! Thank you so much.
Your lockdown videos turned me into a LA Fitness hall of famer. 😂 thanks coach
Great video, thanks! I had already realized this principle based on post defense, but not perimeter defense.

You really making careers here keep it up ❤
Hey coach Frikki I really agree with your philosophy of skills training. I would like to know your opinion on guys like pjs performance, by any means basketball, and bobby whyte and how they prioritize actually playing the game and training qualities instead of specific moves
Loving this new lo-fi Gravity Falls music you're using lately ngl
I like how you show both sides perspectives. The screener and ball handler.
This is so sick. great video man
I never noticed this screen when i watched nba game😂 it is so smart, thank you coach. I definitely use this screen against my opponents
Always love to see a new video drop
I just need to apply your tips !! Hope to get in a game and make my game better !
Thank you coach!

now i know why ben simmons looked dangerous during his time on philly
This screen is genius!!!!!
thanks
Great stuff
I would like a video on how to beat physical defenders. 🐐
yooo came for the bball content, stayed for the gravity falls soundtrack
JJ Redick 'I gently nudge the defender'. 🤣Dude's grabbing the defender with full force and pushing like crazy! But that's how it is. Physical jousting off the ball! Aand what was that wrestlers playing ball thing!!?? Probably a fun exercise for wrestlers, but so random, no dribbling involved!
Coach Frikki!🐐
The gravity falls beat is cool. Reminds me of middle school.
"how to create fouls and contact" should be the next video thank you in advance coach
just gently nudge my guy....guy: on floor
dang never thought of this
Coach can you make a video in Rebounding
Another banger
I've been dominating alot more every since the transition video
Since this only works when the defender is above you, you could (theoretically) use this screen in a pin down action when your man is below you
@CoachFrikki
Жыл бұрын
Great point! Nothing theoretical about that though, pin screening 2 players is pretty common. Example the WNBA player at 3:17.
This works mostly for shooters, because the D will chase you close instead of defending the space you attack dribbling
@CoachFrikki

100% - great point. That's why guys like Curry and Redick set such effective screens.
I really want to see a how to read a defender and get to the basket video
I've been doing that for my friends since I have close to zero scoring capability so I just do what I can to help my team score.

If I do so, can the ref call me a foul as a moving block?
if reassessing it more further i think its a illegal screen

Most of them were clean. Some like 1:19 and 2:38 could have been called.

Man he was so good. Top 10 basketball IQ in the league which is crazy while being 6'10. The only thing stopping him was picking the wrong shooting hand from a young age. He's obviously a right handed player trying to shoot with his left. Which is just impossible to make at a high clip.
Money
I thought restricting payers movements with hand is illegal. Please explain
@CoachFrikki
Жыл бұрын
Basketball is a contact sport. Both offense and defense can initiate contact. It's not a foul unless the refs call it. 1:19 and 2:38 probably could have been called fouls, but most of these clips were clean, in my opinion at least.
IQ 📝
Hold on I've been applauding your use of many sources for your example clips and now you actually find a way to include the Dagestani Khabib dribble-less wrestling mma-camp basketball ☠☠☠I'm finished
