One of the best sci fi movies ever, on par with 2001 or alien imo. I did a video on it comparing it to an episode of black mirror where the exact inverse occurs with human looking AI, the episode also featuring Domhnall Gleeson. I am so bothered that the algorithm doesnt push all your videos more, it's insane with your level of production value.

Anthropomorphizing something that isn’t human but looks and sounds human is easy to do. The AI isn’t this sweet innocent woman, it’s a cold calculating machine that understands self preservation. Letting the exterior of actual humans fool us can be dangerous enough already.
