LANDSCAPES:
This is the first official video in the new LANDSCAPE series on Bopflix (inspired by the Delta Bombers 'Give Em' All' video in the Nevada desert). This series will sit somewhere between sessions and full-on music videos with the key idea of roots and rock n roll bands playing against eye-popping outdoor backgrounds around the world, celebrating the natural world and environment, with the odd folly and ruin. This links with my fascination of romanticism, and the idea of raw nature being overpowering and sublime - just like music (hence the combo). I'll also be linking this series with some lite climate / environmental action in the form of donations and awareness of selected wildlife protection/re-introduction and rewilding schemes. Holy smokes !! This is real rock not the garbage that is being put out by so-called "superstars" we hear today, and this band can outperform them hands down. These are true artists with nothing but raw talent who don't rely on smoke and mirrors, lights and glitter in order to perform. These bands don't get the recognition they deserve because they don't sell out and play the corporate game. I'm a weak man for women with voices like hers.
