I have heard "you have a great heart" many of times, not just for material things, but for forgiveness. Empathy is a great thing, although it can be a two edged sword if not handled properly. I have watched this many of times! Love it. Intuitive empath! Heart coherence, awesome.

And yes all who desire goodness and want to be like our creator, source, will live again. We have the gift of eternal life. Those without love and goodness in their hearts will perish. No matter how many times we fail or fall short, it's the desire of our hearts that will carry us on after this life.

I like to explore topics about other believe systems including the occult, etc., and as a Christian I can see why the world will turn against us -- you won't hear it on the news, but the persecution of Christians is on the rise; entire villages are slaughtered over night in Africa, churches are bulldozed in East Asia, and Christian neighborhoods are burned down in the Middle East -- but even here in Poland to my surprise I've experienced bullying due to my faith. Soon there won't be any room for Christians on this Earth. Stay strong and seek holiness/righteousness...God bless you.

***** I'd rather say process it, compost it, turn it over into something better, but I appreciate your sentiment. My experience with shadow says that our feelings cannot just be shut down. They need to be processed and transformed. When I deny my shadow self, it seems to rise somewhere and somehow else. This is the work.

If People were to understand this concept better and realize how much we affect one another by the things we say or do, People would be a lot more gentle with one another. Even when your emotions get the best of you, you lash out at someone, more often than not underneath it all it's because we care too much. Unfortunately society doesn't acknowledge the wide spectrum of emotions as being simple human but likes to hand out labels like "unstable", "crazy", "depressed", "mental", etc. when in reality People are JUST fine, they are human! The more of an HSP you are (highly sensitive person) they more you feel other People's emotions and the more they affect you but also the stronger of love you can give. It's like an all or nothing. For some People HSPs are too much, b/c they seem overwhelming when really all they need is solidity, trust & loyalty, affection and love and they will be the biggest rock in your life. Also the connections that those, that share and live this awareness, create are so much stronger bonds than People that live surface-deep leveled lives. It's a gift and a curse to feel everything so strongly. Great Video and Article!!!

Learning to grieve together is an important piece of getting clear in our heart and understanding our interconnectedness. A lot of our negative feelings are stuck in our bodies and patterns. They are illusions on some level, but intent and heart will help us find the the many ways to release and transform. Awareness means paying attention, questioning where our feelings come from, finding what works for us to compost these legitimate discomforts into something positive we can bring to our own souls and then to the greater Self, which has no bounds.

When one chooses to live from within the Heart gradually one changes one's own surroundings and slowly the one of those who are close. God, that little boy is so lovely! I've been waiting & looking for all the other people like that, like him ,like me as far back as I can recall anything.In my late 20's I realized that I would not be reunited with a lot of nor only people who are still pure at heart, like that sweet boy, in this life. True story while i was working security at a store i would have to stand for 12 hours a day with nothing but 1 30min lunch break no overtime i did this for a long time one day i felt the field just like i was standing in a powerful ball of spiritual energy that i was the source of it was amazing like goku must feel when hes going supersayan 😁 and right after a girl practically ran over trying to flirt with me and messed it all up I've been trying to find out how to make it happen again i was into meditation expanding my mind on all fronts and all that but i hadn't yet came across anything about this and several persistent years later of research and slavish labor in many fields here i am learning about heart coherence also tried having an OBE but it felt like my heart was going to explode and it would be a permanant OBE if i didnt learn how to control my heart the time is near...still wishing i had a real mentor for all this would have saved so much time but now i could be someone elses mentor im thinking about teaching orphans this stuff after i start volunteering and have it down right

There is complete truth here and as many as can, should practice this. However one important component is not mentioned. That is the element of wickedness, a darkside if you will... and there are those who live an evil and destructive creed by choice and are fully aware of what they have chosen. Their beliefs and desires are not of truth, light and knowledge, peace or prosperity for the people of this planet. Theirs is of global dominance through force and coercion to bring about chaos and suffering. Once their presence has been wiped from the face of our planet, a time which is at hand, peace will abound and the world in which we desire to create will no longer be impeded. Until then, practice makes perfect and so we should continue and teach those who will hear to do likewise.

🗓Friday, May 31, 2019 It’s not an intuitive heart that gives guidance but a humble, kind, and a freely loving and freely forgiving heart that gets God’s attention AND it is him that we humans are to put all trust in and completely rely on. There is much more to be said but better done in person to each individual and/or family/household or apartment or living arrangement or if no home then better done in a safe environment.🤗

I don't know why "religious" people would always negate anything that isn't in their God-headed-world design. But God is way more that you think. And yes, He's present in each person. And yes, He guides everyone by inside their hearts. And yes, He talks lovingly. May He bless you.

i see more and more western society using a lot of what eastern philosophies (Hinduism, Buddhism, Confucianism, Taoism) have been teaching. yoga, meditation, self reliance, etc. if only more people knew about eastern philosophy than the world will be a better place

RSVP SnB-- Why does it have to be either or? What a close-minded way of thinking. Combining both styles of living would give the most promising results. Not everything is a competition. ;)

There's evidence that you'll see for yourself if you try meditating everyday. I'd say you'll probably notice life improving after a few weeks of meditating 30 min a day ♡ meditation is the key that opens the doors in the mind. I wish you love and light. There is no luck only cause and effect. Create love and that's what you'll see and experience ♡

zelen plav no, hatred is first started as dislike, or discomfort. it grows into hatred if it seems like the things that caused you dislike is still causing discomfort even when warned.

zelen plav mine hatred was inherited by beloved genetics.the evironment also played a role.to hard to heal.

If you extend this to the force used in water memory experiments, hate or entropy would be the antithesis of positive emotions which produce order, a logical duality in molecular structural organization. But you're right... we live in a consumerist world and most selfish behavior is taught and advertised... is what it is.

@ zelen plav Hatred comes from Within If you hate another it's because you hate yourself, as you are unaware of this, you project your hatred outwards onto others, believing it's THEM & what they're doing causing you to hate on them, Hate within will look for a Without to express that hate onto, these without HATES you then express your own hatred onto, these without hatreds come in form of people, politics, political parties, you will find or create causes to hateful protest against , This is why self Love self acceptance is so viatally IMPORTANT. And learning Emotional intelligence because Emotional intelligence teaches you it's all about you all comes from within you, others don't cause you to hate, you already hate yourself you just take it out on others, others can't make you angry, your already angry within, your just looking for a cause Without to take your anger out onto, We see this happening EVERY DAY in the world, in wars, on the streets, on our tv's, and everyone's blaming everyone else NO ONE is looking at themselves asking the questions of themselves 1st, its always someone else's fault your hating or angry or sad or depressed ... Old saying ... when your pointing your finger at someone accusing them , There are THREE fingers pointing backwards at YOU (check your hand when you point, notice them 3 fingers pointing backwards at YOU) ... Ps If you Love yourself accept yourself Then what you watched above becomes an Automatic flow Your thoughts automatically change into the Positive as well The key to Everything is Loving & ACCEPTING yourself, learning yourself, listening to yourself, Uniting yourself within become as ONE energetic Flow within, & ACCEPTING your are human with all that this entails (Lately being a human has become a dirty thing to be , all these institutions are making a lot of money causing a lot of issues within people by selling non humaness) we are Humans we are supposed to be Humans we are Humans for a reason, yes we are Energetic humans made up of Energy But it's learning Emotional intelligence that needs to come First E-motions are ENERGY IN MOTION. Your E-motions direct your energy which directs your entire life. So if your E-motions are all over the place, or filled with negative E-motions then you & your life shall be so ... How do I know this, I did it the religious way, the 'spiritual way, It's when I went the Intelligence way learnt emotional intelligence learnt myself , learnt my emotions why they are the way they are etc, that I completely changed, my life Completely changed, I united myself Within, from there Energy flowed unobstructed & I just knew all these things, Quantum Psychics Quantum entanglement few other Energy WOWSERS I didn't seek it out, I just all of a sudden was interested in Energy Psychics Quantum physics, which led me to searching to learn about it all, and somehow I just UNDERSTOOD it (I didn't even finish high school) So it was learning Emotional intelligence (inner intelligence) that set the ball rolling, Don't be so focused on the outside world, that will take care of itself (as it always does) Just focus on yourself learning yourself because it really does, all begin & end Within YOU Said with much Love Kindness and Respect to all 💖

This is one of the best things I've seen in a while. The presentation is a little odd as it's coming from a scientific study narrative, but I believe and feel that it is 100% truth. If only I could live this way all the time 👌 I was reading through the comments here and there's a lot of cool people 😁👌. One person shared an idea or a phrase that I really like. Always keep the sun shining inside you. When you are full of the shining sun it will naturally radiate out into all those near you. This radiating sun you will carry within us an energy. One of love, gratitude, joy, and pure enjoyment of life. Also, this truth really struck me... "Be aware of your energy", and take responsibility for your own energy. Id say over half of the time my energy is poor, my internet sun is not radiating and it is not shining bright. It's been shown to me today that I need to be aware of that. If I'm aware and looking for that once I discover it I shall process it and change it into something else. We shouldn't try to shut it out, because that's also a problem, not dealing with emotion. But it's to acknowledge it, understand it, process it and change it into what we want. Bright shining pure loving energy fully engulfed and overflowing into everyone we come into contact with. Actually if I was to put a percentage out there I think I'm doing that about 1% of the time. 😞 But that's okay, that's ok 😀 Because now I'm aware in a new way. This short video, with its images of the heart and mind connection and then connecting with those around us really showed me what life could be like all the time. Not always happy and joyful, but always present and connected. It could be life changing for you if you really let it sink in. 🙏❤️❤️❤️ I hope I can put it all into practice
