Thank you for sharing.. it's a very good one.. just wanted to share my experience of using onions, sorry I don't have a recipe to share but I got an experience to share 😊 once when I had a very bad flu, there was someone who told me to just cut the big red onion into 2 and place it at the foot (as of you are stepping on it) and place your socks to support them while you are sleeping. I doubled up my socks to make sure It is in contact with my skin.. It was supposed to be like an agent to absorb your toxins something like that.. I did that, and guess what? that works marvelously! The flu was gone, my head was clear the next day. Worth trying I think.. Thanks again for sharing!! 🤩

Oh, hmm another one. There is a research shared, that when you prep the ingredients to cook, do the onions first and leave it up to an hour (or so, usually I leave it at least 10-15mins) to increase its reaction and optimise it's active properties to help your probiotic experience. I don't cook that often, but I can tell everytime I did this, it's soothing my stomach (less gassy).. thanks!

It is better to eat them raw. In salads or cut onions, tomatoes, fresh cilantro and some fresh lemon. Eat with regular meals

Yes you are right , eating raw onions will give the most of their benefits. But the benefits of onions do not completely go away when cooking them, but they may be altered or reduced to some extent.
