Agreed! It’s the same reason they say kids asked to be read the same books over and over. The consistency is calming and expectations are reinforced, a sense of stability is generated by not having to “work” to keep up with new information. It’s a great anchor in a world of uncertainty!

I love the two piece black set with the gold camelias... I have the same feelings about hugs. My family aren't huggers but one of my good friends always gives me a tight hug and I love it. I only ever watch tv in bed on my iPad despite having a TV in the room 😂 Also my newest obsession to rewatch over and over again is Ted Lasso!! It’s genuinely gets better each time you watch it and makes you feel all the feels!

I rewatch same shows, Friends and Gilmore Girls- apparently people with anxiety do that because they won’t be surprised by the unknown - hence it’s more calming. Comfort blanket.

I did not like the dress with the large white lapel. I liked the overall design but the lapel was just huge. It was on top of your arm. If it was smaller and laid on the dress it would have worked. But you are so gorgeous that you can make anything work😂
