He is a massive racist MAGA dude. Read about his exploits in F2 racially harassing his teammate, crashing his car, etc. which lead him to get fired. He's a POS, but he's fast so that apparently doesn't matter to some people.

Showed racism towards his Indian teammate in Formula 2 and deliberately crashed into him. Also he behaved disrespectfully towards other drivers on the track, as a result of which Newgarden, Daly etc do not like him Just a few reasons from everything he did

Checked Wikipedia et al. and it does say he forced his teammate Maini off-track in F2 and also wanted to run a 'Make America Great Again' paint scheme (honestly lmfao) in 2018, but nothing about how he did it because Maini was Indian or whatever, just that Ferrucci is an ass. The two do not correlate..

@@kem0n0.kokomo The racism bit is a rumor, although it's at least somewhat substantiated (allegedly Ferrucci did indian accents around Maini and his brother -- important to note no one in the paddock has opened up about this in public). Trident (the junior formula team Ferrucci and Maini raced for) did release a statement saying that Ferrucci's actions/behavior to Maini were uncivilized and that they wanted to show solidarity with Maini -> a lot of people infer this is about the racism allegations because you really wouldn't use 'uncivilized' to describe racing incidents (even the egregiously stupid ones Ferrucci did).

I just placed four different $5 bets. I went with Dixon, Rosenquist, Veekay, and O’Ward. If I really got my pick to win, I would pick Daly or Carpenter since I’m an Indy native. Just hope to see good racing and no bad injuries!
