The guy wearing a beanie and a sling (Jared's sling, to be more specific) is Matt Cohen. His relation is that he played young John Winchester on Supernatural. :) The reason he dressed up like that was because Jared got hurt during JIB:5 so they poked a bit of fun at that, as evident at 3:42.
