Yes you have to be a desperate as a business to sign up labour agreements. No businesses want the extra hassle. They just need to get people to work. Completely understandable why businesses don’t even bother signing up to labour agreements

Dama is attractive to over 45 year old as it provides a route to PR. Age concessions of up to 55

Yes, but find a DAMA employer and who is happy to sponsor is extremely hard

what about 491 visa for a offshore applicant?

My company restaurant approved the DAMA and happy to offer me 494 from NT, I have. Skill assessment and 3plus experience but don’t have 50 PTE each, but I have an overall 50 and rest more thank 46 , may I eligible? And how long time to process
