This song holds so much meaning to me. It helped me get through some dark days back when I was 15 and 16. I'll be 27 in 2 months.

Wow. Mike Shinoda is a generational talent. What a Beautiful song. Sounds like something that could have been on Meteora if Chester was on the vocals.

I’ve listened to this album and all it’s songs since it’s release. It’s 2023, l still appreciate the magnitude of the songs, the depths and emotions. Now l’m older and l can appreciate them more now and understand why l loved them back then. Since l was standing in line at the store in anxious wait to then buying it at release, loving it all the way through and listening on repeat endlessly. Now years later, All l can do or say is turn it up, tell my friends and appreciate it dearly for all the memories. Sincerely a loyal fan

2024 and still a masterpiece
I think this song represents how we all feel when change sets in and the loneliness and confusion settles into our thoughts and just festers there
I wish Mike would make another Fort Minor Album. Seriously, every song on this album is golden, there isn't one bad song on the entire album. I would even argue that this is one of the greatest hip hop albums to date, definetly the most underrated though.
Epic bridge at 2:49 ("Can somebody please just explain to me..." how could they come up with such crazy music) Restoring Memories! Peace!
Fort Minor is so damn good, they came out new and trashed music charts for the entire year with The Rising Tied. As a testament to how good their music is, here I am, still listening to it 7 years later.

I love the way Mike flows in this song. Really slow, but still at a tempo acceptable in a rap song. He flows it in a way where each line stands out, and each line truly deserves too. I love this song, it's so close to home and Mike writes in such a beautiful tone thats univerally interpretational and relatable. Mike has such a huge influence over my writing and his music has done so much for me mentally...Thankyou Mike...Thankyou.

The moment when you forgott how and about what you should talk in a conversation because you don't know how to interact with people anymore.
wow, the lyric is so powerful.. so that's why eminem and Shinoda are different...... Shinoda's style is totally unique, from the beat to the lyrics, lack of cursing others..that's the point....
Strings, pianos, guitar, and really complicated drum work. Man, those weird drums on this track are so insane and catchy at the same time. Also, Kenna...man his voice, no autotune there. He has some meditative vocals. Cmon Mike, make an album with him, please.
The memories keep flooding in... Time is a funny constant.

@Mike You have been and always will be my favourite artist. I was not so much into paying attention to lyrics, all that mattered was music and good beats. After listening to songs that you all made, be it L.P or F.M, I started paying attention to lyrics as the songs are so meaningful. Thank you for working so hard work, creating and giving us such songs which helped me understand and develop a good taste in music. L.P and F.M hold a very special place for me and always will. 🙂 Respect 🙏🏻 and Love ❤️

They should have made a video for this. My pitch would be this: It starts with double doors opening and Mike walks backwards through a crumbling but still inhabited apartment complex while rapping, with a lot of jump-cuts and speed-ups, and we see people dart into rooms as Mike approaches. For the chorus we cut too Kenna on the roof. It ends with Mike reaching the entrance and walking into a blinding light.
