Thank you both for this video. I know the the horror of akathesia. I had it for only 11 months when I came off Xanax, but it was absolutely horrible. I cannot imagine 3 years of it. I have now been left with insomnia that is just as brutal as the akathesia was. Do you or Chris have any tips to help me deal with this. It is driving me to brink. I only get 2 to 4 hours of sleep every 24 hours and it has been like this for 17 months.

I have insomnia n my emotions r bad. My family doesn’t get it I tried taking the bottle of trazadone he watched me. Said I was annoying.
Hate that I can identify with this man. Dealing with SSRI withdrawal for about a year now.
