European and American emission and safety standards are used to keep Chinese cars offshore, which for the manufacturers is a good thing. Because China seems to have tapped into what a lot of car buyers want, which is a reliable, well built, and (equally important) good looking car. In Europe, we accept any old mundane looking crap as long as it has a badge we are familiar with on the bonnet. This is a great looking car, obviously based on the Ora Punk/Ballet Cat (Beetle copy) platform, with slight body changes to give it a '50's American look. On paper it sounds like a dogs dinner, yet in the metal....it works !

it's more 40s than 50s, but yes it's the same as the Ora Cat with different front and rear clips.

Given that Japan has proven that there's a desire for retro styled cars like the Nissan Figaro. Or those Mitsuoka versions of Micras that make them look like pre and post-war cars, the car that everyone's significant other would love. I can see the potential for it. I personally wouldn't. It's too garish and slab nosed. Would absolutely love to see some actual 30s streamlining in the design making a come back. Trim all that Americana fat! New Citroen Traction Avant when?? 🤞🙏

I have gwm poer 2021 it's bad car with bad service branchs in the middle east like saudia arabia,kuwait,and Iraq for example just gear box replacement coast 17000$ american dollars

¡AMO ESTE AUTO!Si tuviera dinero me lo compraría unque fuera híbrido.Las empresas no saben hacer nada porque el único modo en que se puede difundir éstos autos es prestandolos a la gente para que los pruebe sino nadie va a pagar por un auto 40000€ si no sabe ni lo vio en manos de otra persona conocida o rodando en las calles.Realmente para la estructura y el dinero que tienen las terminales el no poner a contacto a las personas con éstos autos es un error terrible que pesará en el desarrollo mismo de éstos autos que quedarán en el olvido.
