The Guesthouse at Graceland 2019. Memphis Tennessee and the Elvis Presley Graceland hotel. If you are looking for a hotel by Graceland, or just hotels in Memphis, The Guesthouse at Graceland is where to stay in Memphis for the Elvis experience. If not staying, put it on your things to do in Memphis list and visit for a look around. We stayed here in 2017 but this is (hopefully) a better all-round video of the Guesthouse at Graceland during our Sept 2019 stay. The Guesthouse at Graceland is just about right next door to Elvis Presley's Memphis home, Graceland. Right across the street is Elvis Presley's Welcome to Graceland. The Guesthouse at Gracelend hotel itself is a great place to stay when visiting Graceland, with eating options, a bar, pool, cinema/theatre and shuttle buses to take you across the street to 'Welcome to Graceland' or for $10 takes you to downtown Memphis and Beale Street and Sun Studio on Union Ave where Elvis recorded his first song.

So the porte cochere the entrance to the Guest House has got columns to resemble the Graceland mansion.
It is very similar to the Dreammore Resort in Dollywood I find is very similar.
The pool is open.
They have got a Founders Garden here obviously, exclusive to the Founders.
You can pay to become a Founder
The stairwell here has been recreated to resemble the staircase in the Graceland mansion.
The chandelier and the gold handrails and the mirrors going up the side
and, of course, the curtains top and back.
All of the rooms have got the lights outside with the EP
A nice walk-in shower.

So this is our view. It's supposed to be a 'courtyard view'. I wasn't so happy that we got this wall, stuck to the left. But we can see the pool I suppose Guest House hours of operation, shuttle services lineup of activities downstairs. Elvis movies in the evening

Not sure what's in the Hospitality Suite So that room that's next to EP Bar & Grill is the Founders Room.
I don't know what you get for it I suppose it's like Club 33 in Disney.
Fun fact Elvis recorded 15 songs with the word with the work (sic) BLUE in the title.
You have got Delta's Kitchen here on the right,
You have got the gift shop next door
Information desk. That's where you can book the shuttle for Beale Street from
Starbucks Shake, Rattle and Go
And that's EP's Bar and Grill in there.
We've come over to the Graceland RV Park which always fascinates me, the RVs, the size on the things over here.
There's no laundry in the Guest House but you can use the laundry over here in the RV park.
But this is the Graceland RV park so all all these people, as well as the ones in the hotel, have come to visit Graceland. The original Heartbreak Hotel here at Graceland is no more.

Hi shigsho! It needs to iron out a few little niggles but it is a great hotel and couldn't be better placed. Definitely better than the old Heartbreak Hotel Thanks for watching 👍👍

It varies around $170 - $200 a night for standard room depending on time of year. They also often do offers, like a percentage off if you stay a certain number of nights

Yes its a nice Hotel...and you've done a nice job with the video....I've just come back from 3 days staying there and myself and friends were so disappointed in the soul of the Hotel...No soul, no Elvis to be found, no sense of fun or warmth ....I believe they blew it on the remodel, where is Elvis in all this?...yes hints Elvis on this and that but, lacking something special to distinguish it from just another nice hotel... if you did not know you were in Graceland you would have no Idea that you were staying at an Elvis resort.. I was hoping for a grand entrance with Elvis music blasting away pictures photo's.... a staff that knew something about Elvis or at least like him....the staff was horrible, clueless, and could careless if you were a Elvis fan or not, they seemed more interested in looking at their phone's ...The Presley family blew it with this upscale snob approach ....Elvis fans are working class, humble Christian fans ....trying to cater to an upscale fan base is a nice try but no soul.....I'll never go back....The Presley family has blown a good thing I'm afraid we are seeing the end of Graceland as it was just a few short years ago...and lets not talk about going down town ,its now a crime, violent ridden city that can not be visited after dark, even in the daytime stay away from Beale st....so so sad, I'll miss it ...

Thanks for your comments Alfred and I agree to a point. Some, not all, of the staff could do with a crash course in smiling. And to charge for parking away from the dowtown area is out of order. I do like the new museum area to see so many exhibits and artifacts. I like Memphis itself and like any big city in any country you need to be aware of your surroundings. But we are heading over in a few months and looking forward to it although will only be one night in Memphis this time. Thanks for watching 👍
Hi, I have stayed a couple of times at this glorious place, but due to stay in the hospitality suite in 6 weeks time. You show it on your video its room 112. Can you remember how close it is to reception? I won this and its 3 free nights including the adjoining room next door - so 3 of us coming over from Scotland!

When in 2017 were you staying there? We probably go back there next year... but we don't know the exactly date yet.

We were there in September in 2017 and 2019. We always tend to go to US in September as the flight and hotels are a bit cheaper!

@@OceanHops September 2020...maybee 🤔🤔. We used to go to Vegas in November each year between 2012-2015 because of the price. We spent about 6000 kr (about 600$) included flight Norway - Las Vegas- Norway and hotell. We were at the Guesthouse in March 2017.

@@rogermogstad It was hot in 2019! Who knows what's going to happen in September with coronavirus. We are going to the Smoky Mtns for the full 2 weeks this year as done Memphis 4 times now. We will be back though!!
