Hello, if you see this, I have a question, please. I'm making this pattern now and notice that it really curls up on itself. Will it flatten out as the blanket gets bigger? The tension is not tight at all, and the hook is the appropriate size for the yarn. Thank you so m7ch for your help! Sending love from KY!

I’d like to make it for my great granddaughter, too! I just don’t understand how many stitches to cast on…I can follow the video but I don’t get the 2+2+2 etc :(. Can you help me out?

=@@sharonryan437 .. I'm just a beginner too. I think the numbers 2+2+2+2=8 It's the number of single stiches you start out with, then for every dot you add 2 more. Don't forget she is just making a 'short sample' not an entire blanket. This you add as many as you need to make the size blanket you want. I hope I didn't confuse you more.

Bonjour. Quoi de plus simple que du crochet. J´en fais depuis mon enfance. Ma mamie m'a appris ainsi que le canevas la broderie et plein d'autres choses encore. C´était le bon temps. M'a maman m´à appris la couture le tricot et les bonnes manières. Mon papa s´occupait surtout de ma culture et de mes résultats scolaires. IL FALLAIT AVOIR UN TRES BON BULLETIN.
