Making a Kung Fu movie with a Playmate who is barely cabable of walking in a straight line is a bold move. And it paid off. This movie is pure gold.

This video was copyright claimed, but I've disputed it. Hopefully the company will release the claim soon. If they don't, I'll let you know who it is so we can avoid their movies going forward.

Fun Internet Facts: The guy who plays Joe was a famous Filipino comedian actor and director, known as Chiquito. In the Philippines the movie was called "Dynamite Wong and T.N.T. Jackson," giving him the top billing. It looks like Mr. Wong was a heavily stereotypical (buck teeth and Fu Manchu mustache) Chinese martial arts character he had played multiple times from 1963 to 1982, so this wasn't the same character, they just used the name to sell it in the Philippines. Chiquito was also elected a city councilman three times, basically from 1969 to his death in 1997, and was Vice Mayor of his city from 1989 to 1992.

For the record giant ass afros ARE a pain in the ass to maintain. Theres a reason why you would often see guys carrying a pick with them because the slightest touch can make it uneven. Ive had varying degrees of fros in my life but I grew my hair out 9 inches only once and it was a pain in the ass! It was either maintain a fro or get it straightened via hot iron and put it in a ponytail. Both could be a nightmare. I did it to get dreadlocks but realized it wasn’t worth it because I have weird thin hair like my mixed (black & white) grandmother. I do not envy anyone with long hair, in the summer it was untenable! Sorry if that was too much information but I thought Id throw in my 2 cents on the subject? Lol

It actually was the character actor Dick Miller that co-wrote this movie. That's wild!

So glad you've finally gotten around to this. Especially with you and the lads, it's one of those kind of movies. I remember being in my late teens and discovering this and having a few beers and laughs with my friends watching it.

14:09 Her being invisible in the dark reminds me of an episode of Samurai Jack where he fought a ninja robot, and sweet flute riffs clearly inspired Ron Burgundy. This movie influenced everything. How have I lived this long without being aware of this cultural touchstone?

Jim Kelly has a similar "turn the lights on, turn the lights off" scene in Black Belt Jones, although it's far less... titillating.

Kung fu done to jazz flute is life. So Black Belt Jones has a similar fight scene with turning of the lights while fighting the goons. Made the same year (1974) as TnT Jackson. Not sure who inspired who, but both are memorable and cool to watch. The villian Charlie(Stan Shaw -studdering Heavy weight champ Jack Jenkins in Harlem Knights) is fashion confidence goals. This is a favorite. Glad you viewed it.

Love the episodes with the guys it's so funny Dave's laugh is infectious and Jason's humour is on point and Brian's nerd comes out when he sees cars. Haha. Great episode keep up the good work Jason.

I'm with Brian on this one. The production quality was very high for a "bad" movie. I'm not sure why Jason acted like he was crazy for saying so.
