I never realised these dances were so complex!

For me the best of this film ( apart from songs) was the choreography absolutely stunning

A big thank you to Choreographers Ashley Wallen and Jenny Griffin how we can participate in dance mobs to "This is Me", so we all can really get into one of the greatest songs ever. [1:23] do the whole sequence in the circus ring. [2:16] 1st sequence starting with hand pumps [3:05] 2nd sequence of running forward [3:48] 3rd sequence marching [4:58] 4th sequence two kicks and hit to the floor

TONS of figure skaters do this on ice, it's freaking epic for a large show group routine, plus massive jumps and lifts
