I went to this game...being from New England and being a huge Miami fan, my dad (pats fan) took me down so we could finally catch a game in Miami. I remember dolphins fans leaving with a few minutes to go and my dad saying "cmon its over lets beat traffic" and I said ill probably never see this stadium again I want to enjoy every second even if it's a loss. Thank God we didnt leave. Id never forgive him lol I also met Dan Marino pregame. It was a great night.

Even though they lost, this shows the mastery of the Patriots: they take the unheralded guys who show up against them and bring them into the fold. G123 They could’ve very easily gotten two more. Pats go undefeated just to lose to Eli Manning in the only game that mattered? Brady passes for the most yards in a super bowl just to lose to a backup QB? But sure, a 13-3 victory to Jared Goff erases all those bad memories. You enjoy it now, but let’s see who’ll be crying themselves to sleep once Brady retires.
I remember being at Buffalo Wild Wings & the whole bar towards the end started cheering for the Dolphins in Houston, TX. Great MNF!!
Being a former Dolphins fan, I was nervous as hell all game as it didn't look like they had a chance to win after the Pats TD with under 4 minutes left. The fact Brady played like shit was a beautiful sight to see and really helped out Miami in this one

I guess you could say I'm a former fan of the NFL in general but I also happened to be a huge Miami fan. Since I stopped watching football in general, I guess that meant I don't follow Miami anymore, either. It's nothing against Miami, I wanna make that clear. I still love watching games and highlights back when the league wasn't a complete embarrassment. I noticed around 2011 that the league was progressively getting worse in terms of quality of play and rules being passed that affected how players are allowed to play. Not to mention that everything needs to get reviewed all the time because referees can't seem to do their jobs right and games lasted over 3hrs more often than not. Once 2014 came around, I just had enough of the crap going on. I made this decision even before the whole kneeling controversy. There's more to the story but I hope that makes sense for you guys. Still got my old Dolphins gear, though lol

It's especially ridiculous when you realize that before the 2000 draft Brady had a dad bod, which is why he fell to the 6th round to begin with. But now he's playing literally better than anyone at his position ever has after 40 in NFL history? Something's suspicious about that for sure. If athletes could excel at and after age 40 naturally then a whole lot more of them would be doing it.

Watching this during 2020 Covid19 quarantine. This stuff brings me pure joy.
Can’t thank you enough for having this clip available… I (Miami born and raised… Phins up!) was actually at this game front row (bought season tickets off my boss while Miami was in shambles as opposed to… never mind), while dating a gal from New Hampshire (she, obviously a diehard Pats fan)… and we opted to leave early and beat the traffic with 3-4 mins left Miami down by 11. Heard the failed 2-point conversion on the radio driving home. Both of us were surprised the Phins pulled off a TD, not so much the 2-point conversion didn’t work. Still down by 5, it’s Tommy and the squad, so forgone conclusion… but whatever was in the Gatorade that night just made it happen. GF literally called her dad to bemoan losing in just that short amount of time while I drove us home hooting and hollering over the win. Possibly the best quick-upset for the NFL of my life and I missed it. The boss I bought the tickets from showed up 3 hours late the next day and couldn’t believe I had left early, he said damn-near every Dol-phan went back to the lot and started tailgating again. 🤣

This video is recommended almost daily, I love it 😂
This was amazing!
I was at this game. I had just turned 8, my dad and I left early cause we were getting whooped and we regretted it so bad

Jeffery Robertson do you remember Brady's last game as a patriot at foxboro? Fitting ending to a cheating organization..
Monday night football during high school was a past time favorite.
still remember watching this game as a kid with my grandpa. i stayed with him for a year and we watched Monday night football every week together. this year Jerry rice had a big game in his only season with Seattle as well. and daunte Culpeper and Peyton manning had a shootout too, this was the year they both had insane numbers.

Lostin Thegarden Peyton and Favre also had an insane shootout that year
Finally a game where we win! #finsup
Don't know if it still is the record, but at the time of this game it was the biggest win differential (10) upset in nfl history. Dolphins 2-11 beat the 12-1 Patriots.
I love this nfl throwback!
I remember watching this game. Wife is a Patriot fan, me a Dolphin fan. I was celebrating and laughing after that game winning interception. Wife got up and went to the bedroom and locked the door. I slept on the couch and kept laughing. Pretty boy Brady sucks in south Florida.
I can't even express how much I hated Rodney Harrison as a player. He's an OK analyst for SNF but damn, that guy was such a punk.

He was, and still is, a dick.
What a good game
This win just brings a huge smile to my face to this day
What a complete surprise! The Jets with ten wins? Incredible!
Jason Garrett at 3:42 (Cowboys Head Coach).

How so?
Takes me back. Great night in an otherwise forgettable season for us. And, it's always great to hear Madden and Michaels announcing.
I remember watching this live and was soooooo excited when they won!
Why would Brady throw the ball to the opposite team as he's falling

He had done that earlier in the season against the Bengals and it had worked
It seem like Miami beats NE every year.

Miami beat the Patriots every time they played in the 70s.
Priceless
The first game I stayed up late to watch as a child. Definitely worth it
Am I the only one who actually didn't mind those Dolphins orange unis?

@@garrettracine3024 yeah, but they changed it to a brighter, uglier shade of creamsicle orange. They looked way better the way they were in this video.
Patriots won 30 of their last 31 games before this loss!
I really liked Jim Bates, back then I wish they gave him a shot and made him a regular head coach.
I remember this game! I was at Hard Times ( grille n bar, Germantown MD) n was probably THEE ONLY Dolphin fan in the building! Phins always up!
A Jason Garret sighting for you cowboy fans lol
I guess Brady loves losing to eagles backup QBs 😂😂
3 Players on the 2004 Dolphins were on the 2007 Patriots who went 16-0: Wes Welker, Sammy Morris and Junior Seau (was on IR for this game in 04)
I watched live, one of my most memorable games ever
