I really didn't see this QTE fail but tbh GOW 2 has the best QTE fail of all time where there are multiple ways Zeus kills us & the sister's of fate cutscene was very well done.

Gow2 zeus QTE Fails?

Nobody ever failed that QTE, NOBODY! The only you can fail is by failing deliberately.

I'm so sad that SMS let go of and basically robbed us of already established failed QTE animations which were almost always present and creative before 2018. Sure, there are few for basic enimies when you're grabbed, but I miss QTE style events like these for main bosses. If it's due to accessibility, sure but make it an optional setting/s so that you can't fail them and not have it by default.
