I see a pretty paw on the board while the wings are wing removed 😜🤣. Wow, the sauce has thicken up nicely, the color kinda reminds me of chicken curry LOL. The chicken looks so juicy and tender. What a great idea to use a grater to make the spaetzles. I've never realized that it looks just like the spaetzle maker and everyone has a grater at home. Awesome recipe, it's so easy but oh so delicious. Love it! 👍LIKE #3

Thank you 🤗 Yeah the cheese grater works really well for spaetzle ! That sir CLAWdious just gets into everything lol. I had to smack him with the flat of my knife there at one point he about to just straight up steal a thigh!

I make chicken and spetzle from my Mom and Grandma, usually thickened a bit with cornstarch or flour. Everyone loves it. I am definitely going to try making it this way.

I'm making chicken paprikash for years, although with different ingredients, (I came from the region in Europe, where this paprikash originates), but never, ever, do I add the water, before the chicken releases it's own juices. Salt and pepper chicken, before you brown it, then add all the ingredients you prefer, cover it, lower the heat on medium low, and let the chicken release all the juices/without any additional water! Keep checking on it every 5 mins. When you see, that the juices from the kitchen are evaporating, THEN, you add little by little water, but never to cover the chicken completely. At the end, I thicken the sauce with a mix of flour and water, and add it to the pot. Cook it for another 5-10 mins on low heat. Turn the paprikash off, and mix in the sour cream, if you like the sour cream. God bless you! There is also a kitchen aid for making a speatzle.
