I like how the AI has this skirmishing phase and actually abuse its missile firepower before charging its main infantry. Total War AI can't even do stuff like this for the whole 18 years of total war development. You can really tell CA has zero interest on improving their game engine. CA only wants to improve sales.

Excellent battle, and well filmed sir! The potential for manor lords battles is tremendous. Dev needs to raise / remove altogether the recruitment limits for militia, and give options to have slightly bigger units ( maybe up to 50 men ) This along with making mercs more readily available to the player and slow down the barons army growth. As well as tweak the archers and AI battle intelligence a bit. Then we have a fantastic city builder, and an excellent medieval battle simulator 💪

Had that done to me the last time You are supposed to fight them each time when they spawn new troop in. When he claim your land, you need to hit them before their troop get close to the battle area, then he will call new troop again and you need to ambush his troop again. Last time he spawn a set every 15 days..

I have a problem which is while am playing am watching the territories are taken one by one with large troops from the enemy and am saying damn I can't even go to the war place on the map lol , and I was waiting for my turn till they came and take it definitely 😅

From what I've gathered in my time playing the mercenaries pool is for everyone on map so if he hires all the mercs then there's none for you to buy,which he has done to me multiple times

@@hughbrown1531 yea I've downloaded it...also not sure if it's a bug or just incompetent AI but if you're heavily outnumbered,you can negotiate a peace option with him and he always accepts,which also drops the claim to whatever province he's trying to to claim.ive used this to keep him from expanding on aggressive,hard gameplay settings that way bandits stay on the map and I can keep getting gold and wealth

There was 25 groups of 36 troops and 3 groups of brigands. That is 990 enemy troops. With your troops, the combined amount of troops was somewhere around 1266 if I counted correctly.
