Hikaru has the best facial expressions of all time
What I learned from Hikaru is to memorize the board in your mind what a guy
What a game ! Wesley is in great form.
I think I heard Wesley sigh in relief at the end. Amazing game!
10:15 Wesley touched his rook but moved his Bishop. It was close... That was a beautiful game. It had everything.

I think the rule applies to what the hand was holding, not the one it's touching in this case
I like how hikaru immediately looks at the ceiling after his first move
Such a high level game bro
Hahaha I really like Hikaru's reaction 🤣

CONGRATS WES,.,.
you can put a navy blue arrow instead of a yellow one to represent piece movements in order to view it better
On screen board is too small, please make it larger next time. Thank you
Queenless game is So's arsenal. He always outsmart opponents in a queenless game marching his pawns or that slow roll strat. Its just too dangerous to fight So in a quenless game. Watch all his games I think 90% he wins all his games without a queen.

In other words his end game skills are really good.
great game
Always look for who offers to shake hands first,, if any player does so then it means he is resigning thr game,, and for draw both agrees and shake hands at the same time.

Also at the end of the game if both kings are placed in light square, white won, if placed in dark square black won, if white king is on light square and black king is on dark square the game is draw.
what chess board are they playing with?
Nakamura starts the game with a psychological attack by looking at ease. So starts the game with I'm going to block everything out and act as if I'm playing a computer 😁

Lol. I found Hikaru's facial expressions amusing. He looks over his shoulder, at who knows what, and looks confused, disturbed, perplexed, head shake, smile, all in a span of 2 seconds
Wesley always win against nakamura these days check recent matches to clarify this info!!
partidazo !!
Can you make the 2d board a little bit bigger. Hard to see on small screen
No eval bar??
The table seems fragile? Or is it a camera trick?
WESLEY TOO SOLID
This game felt super closed.. they were constantly building a wall with their pawns
Hikaru face is just different.
14:33 why did hikaru move Kc2 instead of pawn takes d4?
@ronron4077

Because of Rxb4 check if king moves to c3 or d3 then rb1, white lost.

why is the table so unstable?
The board at back on tv, distracting players
I don't know if it's just me but I would lose my mind playing at a table that constantly moves and creaks like that lmao.

Magnus blundered the queen though. Here Hikaru didn't make any major blunder, but many small inaccuracies till he was totally lost by the end. Black was threatening Rb1 winning the rook anyway.

Wesley kind of always hides his face nowadays.
@FosterYourAffinity
Жыл бұрын
I think he's not hiding his face. I think he's blocking his own view of the opposing player. He doesn't wanna see their facial reactions because he isn't used to it. These days we are so used to looking at screens. We're not used to looking across the board at another human being. HAHA - Nakamura is one of those that has no filter. He doesn't hide his expressions - probably can't. Wesley doesn't want those expressions influencing him. Not all expressions are sincere. Instinctively or reflexively. In this day and age it's smart; if that i indeed what he's doing. I've noticed it too.

They are thinking. You don't have to have your eyes literally looking at the board to think about your next move...
Hikaru sooo nob
Why is whites gpawn so massive and blacks fpawn so small
why does Hikaru always give those stupid expressions every game.. its like he does that to try and look cool for the camera or something... but it really makes him look like a dam fool
