Tip 2 its the reason why Braumeister is better (at least in this tip), that alarm for hop addition is build in within the Braumeister, good DIY ideas, good video

The new versions with connect controller have automatic step mash temp plus time control and hop addition alarms.

So is the reflectix still Hanging in there? We have used it on a water tank 500 gallons.It was to prevent algae. So far so good. I can see using this over the graincoat. How much does it help your boil times?

Steve how is the reflex grainfather coat working? Have you had any issues with it melting? I just made mine up and noticed on the reflex packaging it says the temp ranges is -60 to 180 F and I am second guessing using it now.

Perry Walker I have used it for two yrs now and it has yet to melt!!!! be sure you are buying true reflection and not some discount store brand.
